Unfortunately upon receiving the phone for delivery, I opened it to realize the phone was damaged. I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly, suggesting the phone was probably heat damaged during transport. I was instructed to send it back to them and they would issue a refund. So I went to my local Best Buy and the return process took 5 minutes. Even though I don't have the phone, I'm giving this product a 2/5 strictly due to customer service, and how the situation was handled both by the seller and Best Buy.
