This is a must buy, awesome features and the s-pen is the final touch! I will buy from best buy again.

Unfortunately upon receiving the phone for delivery, I opened it to realize the phone was damaged. I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly, suggesting the phone was probably heat damaged during transport. I was instructed to send it back to them and they would issue a refund. So I went to my local Best Buy and the return process took 5 minutes. Even though I don't have the phone, I'm giving this product a 2/5 strictly due to customer service, and how the situation was handled both by the seller and Best Buy.

The phone arrived in good condition, I had had this phone before and it is a great option, the Fedex updates were very good, I am very happy with my phone

I’m not stupid I ordered a samsung galaxy s22 ultra 12 gigabytes and 512 storages, they sent me 8 gigabytes memory and 512 storages, I’m very disappointed about Best Buy, because if you dont know how to check the memory they’ll scam you.
