Customer Ratings & Reviews

I received the phone in excellent condition. I've been using it for a few weeks and the battery is in perfect condition; it has really surprised me. Everything works perfectly.

I liked my old phone, but it was starting to fail. I reluctantly chose a replacement. I didn't like it at first and resented having to learn something new. After a little time, I couldn't be happier with this phone. The things that make it different from my old phone make it better. I'm especially impressed by its camera! It was an excellent choice!

Recieved in "like new" condition. Including packaging and charger.

A premium phone with excellent performance. Fast, smooth, and reliable with a strong camera system and great display. Battery life holds up well throughout the day. It’s not the newest model anymore, but still feels high-end and capable.

What an excellent phone ive just bought this a second time in 2 years. Great display super fast navigation long all day battery does everything i throw at it. Just as good as the s25 i believe goes great with a ringke phone case from amazon . For the price its perfect!

The outside of the phone is excellent, but the phone keep dropping my service. While I'm on a call it goes in and out then drop my call and start searching for data service.

Great phone it came clear of scratches, it works great and have a awsome battery life.

I gave five stars for the customer service because the support was excellent. However, the phone’s quality is disappointing. It has unusually strong vibration during normal use, and gets very hot while charging, which is concerning.

Worked perfectly right out the box. Very pleased with condition, how well it works, etc. One clarification: i use my phones for calls, txts, pics, and a handful of day to day apps. I dont game on it. Dunno how it would perform with those.

Phone works perfectly. While not exactly what i would consider "excellent " condition (small nicks around edge of case, minute scratches on back) I use an Otterbox so these aren't visible. Pleased with my purchase.

Always loved my samsungs and this doesnt change that. The phone was fast and stayed charged well. My only issue is it is a refurbished phone and the regular back camera couldnt focus. If it was zoomed in it was fine or zoomed out it was fine but at normal ra ge it could not focuswhich is just the chance you take on a refurbished phobe i guess. But all in all i love my phone 10 out of 10 recommend a samsung s23 plus!

This is the first time I have opted to purchase a refurb mobile device and It has been phenomenal. Do not shy away from this option to save money on devices that typically loose value like a vehical being driving off a car lot.

Perfect price and great working phone. Vey happy with this purchase.

battery life is pretty good, lasts almost all day. camera quality is not thr best, rather disappointed with that. display is pretty good as well. runs smoothly and ive had no issues

The phone was delivered quickly. It was in brand new condition. I was able to easily transfer everything from my old S10 very easily. I've had the phone a couple of weeks and its so nice to have an up to date phone for half the price of a new one. This is my second refurbished phone from Best Buy.

Phone works like new! Came very well package and faster than expected. Will definitely buy from best buy again.

This phone works in every way it should, physical condition was like new

Phone works great, Happy with purchase, so far. Easy to use Best Buys

the product is O.K, not as described by Best buy. Color around the frame of the phone was scraped off and does not disserve excellent rating by Best buy. It is a waste of my time returing and and ordering different product not knowing the exact condition.

The phone works faster than expected and a great value for the money
