3 yr review on this phone. Samsung makes great phones. Best large form factor smartphone awarded by MKBHD competing against Apple and Pixel flagship phones. And even now, in 2025, the phone is living up to its standards in camera quality, processing, updates and features and above all battery! The phone has seen quite a few updates, including 2 major Android updates, Galaxy AI updates and Security bug fixes all the time to show that Samsung supports it's phones properly for a long time. And battery has been long lasting due to very specific features where you can clamp battery charge limit to 85% In general battery tech, this is very good practise to elongate battery life. Samsung has done wonders by enabling such features, which is also translating into real life long term battery effects. Cameras and processing were future proofed where sensors could zoom up to 100x and post processing would be blazing fast. Seems like the phone hasn't degraded one bit. Excellent phone, must buy, the only choice in the Android category. Everything else is either experimental/cheaply made/gimmicky/unnecessarily ahead of the curve. If you want an adequately modern, practical smartphone, this is the choice for you.

By far the fastest and most advance phone I have ever owned. I have dabbled with Iphones and Samsung before and I firmly believe this blows the current 2023 IPhone out of the water. Lightning-fast switching of applications, large screen, and stylus that makes doodling & sketching very easy. Charging by USB-C means any charger will work but I favor the Lightning cables. I 100% recommend Samsung.

Have had this phone for about 6 months now and after upgrading to this from a galaxy s10 i can safely say that it is the best phone i have ever owned, the camera especially is amazing and makes every picture and video I take look amazing, the phone itself is very fast and the battery life is enough to last me almost 2 days on a single charge, couldn't really justify the asking price of $1300 for it but if youre looking for an amzing phone with absolutely no corners cut then this is the one to go with.
