This is more like brand new, than refurbished! Could have just been open box? Anyway probably the best phone I have ever owned! The battery lasts forever! It's a bit thicck like a brick but that means it's sturdy. I have already recommended this product to my friend's who are searching for a new phone soon.

Love this phone, excellent display quality, colors look great, camera quality is absolutely amazing, the s-pen is really nice to have too, you will use it more than you think, it functions just as well as an apple pen would. I bought this refurbished and was very happy with the condition of the device when I got it, it was in near perfect condition outside of a very tiny scratch on the bottom of the phone, definitely worth it for the amount of money you'll save versus buying a new one.
