Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a flagship smartphone that pushes the boundaries of what a mobile device can offer. First lets talk about drawback. Price: One significant drawback is the price. The Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with a premium price tag, but watch for Best Buy deals, it goes on sale in regular intervals. Design: The Galaxy S23 Ultra boasts a sleek and premium design. It retains the glass and metal construction, giving it a sophisticated look. The camera bump on the rear is noticeable but is now more integrated into the overall design. The phone is slightly bulky due to its large battery and camera system but feels solid in the hand. Display: The highlight of the S23 Ultra is its stunning display. The 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with QHD+ resolution offers vibrant colors, deep blacks, and an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. It's a joy to consume content or browse the web on this display, and it's even more immersive thanks to its slim bezels. Performance: Under the hood, the S23 Ultra is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 gen 2 processor paired with ample RAM. It handles multitasking, gaming, and demanding apps with ease. The phone's performance is snappy, and you can expect a lag-free experience. No heat at all. Camera: Samsung has once again raised the bar in the camera department. The S23 Ultra sports a versatile quad-camera setup, including a high-resolution primary sensor, ultra-wide, periscope telephoto, and a depth sensor. The image quality is excellent, with sharp details, accurate colors, and impressive low-light performance. The zoom capabilities are exceptional, with up to 100x Space Zoom, making it one of the best camera systems on the market. S Pen Integration: The S Pen compatibility, similar to the Note series, is a standout feature. It offers precise input for note-taking, drawing, or navigating the phone's interface. The S Pen can be a game-changer for productivity enthusiasts. Battery Life: With a 5,000mAh battery, the S23 Ultra offers decent battery life, but it could be better, especially with its power-hungry features. However, it supports fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging, making it convenient to juice up. It conveniently comes for 1 full day power usage and left with 25% juice left on it. Software: The S23 Ultra runs on Samsung's One UI, which is feature-rich and customizable. Conclusion: The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a remarkable smartphone that excels in design, display, camera performance, and S Pen integration. However, its high price and slightly underwhelming battery life might deter some potential buyers. If you're willing to invest in a top-tier device, the S23 Ultra won't disappoint.

I used to be a huge Apple fan, but lately I've found them to be getting worse each year (arrogant, petty, non-innovative, anti-consumer, pro-shareholder at all costs). The notch/pill cutouts are terrible and ugly to me. Apple also believes in locking users in as much as possible because they know that without iMessage/Facetime being closed off, people just might see how stale their devices have actually become. Also, just try to plug a thumb drive into an iPhone's slow lightning port and see what they let you copy or even see. Hint: barely anything at all. This Samsung however, can do so much more. It has a much less intrusive punch-hole camera, a super fluid 120Hz OLED, an in-screen fingerprint reader, can record 8K30 video, has a 10X zoom camera, a pressure sensitive stylus pen, a physical SIM card slot, full USB-C support that lets you connect a monitor, an external drive, transfer files of all types, use DEX, and fast charge the phone. The Android OS is fast, smooth and lets you place icons anywhere you want (ios idiotically pulls them to the top making it annoying to arrange) and you can customize a LOT of things to your liking such as having a 4K60 HDR video as your lock screen. If you don't want that overprocessed phone look on your photos, use the Expert RAW app with Adobe Lightroom to take full advantage of the excellent camera system. The camera can also record video at 4K60 with HDR10+ now with no limit and as one huge file. Lately, I've been taking 8K30 video and extracting the stills as they're very clean, but only in good light. Android Auto is excellent now too and I no longer miss CarPlay. I still use a lot of local music files and Poweramp is beautiful, clean and works fine in Android Auto. The S23U's battery life at first estimated about 20 hours on day 1, but after a week of use, it settled to about 2-3 days so I have no issues with it here. This S23 Ultra brought back the excitement I got from back when I used to look forward to each new iphone release. If Samsung brought back the headphone jack and SD card slot, it would be perfect.

Love it! The battery life is outstanding as I'm a light/medium user and get over 4 days of use per charge. The camera and screen are the best money can buy at the moment (and it's sure reflected in the price). Samsung Super-AMOLED screens are even better than current top of the line iPhones; they just have more pop. It's a buttery smooth experience, the 4nm SD 8 Gen 2 will crush anything you throw at it and is highly efficient especially with the adaptive variable screen refresh rate. In my opinion, this is the best Samsung device that's been churned out so far. I'm very happy with it and plan on using it as my daily driver for at least the next few years.

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. First and foremost, the service provided by Best Buy was exceptional. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Now, let's talk about the phone itself - wow! The display is stunning, offering crisp and vibrant visuals, and the processing power is lightning-fast, making multitasking a breeze. The camera capabilities are simply mind-blowing; the clarity, sharpness, and range of features make it a photography enthusiast's dream come true. One standout feature is the battery life - it's outstanding! With heavy usage throughout the day, the phone still manages to last until bedtime without any worry of running out of power. Moreover, the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to navigate effortlessly through various functions and applications. The phone's design is sleek and stylish, exuding a premium feel that complements its top-notch performance. All in all, my experience with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and Best Buy has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this phone to anyone seeking a powerful, feature-rich, and reliable device. As for Best Buy, they've earned my loyalty with their outstanding service and support. The S23 Ultra boasts a mesmerizing display. The 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel is a visual treat, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and excellent brightness. The 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and responsive touch interactions, making every task a joy to perform. Under the hood, the S23 Ultra is a powerhouse. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 coupled with ample RAM ensures seamless multitasking, gaming, and app usage. The device effortlessly handles even the most demanding tasks without breaking a sweat. Conclusion: The Samsung S23 Ultra is a true flagship device that leaves no stone unturned. It excels in design, display, performance, camera capabilities, and battery life. While it may come at a premium price, it offers an unmatched smartphone experience that justifies the investment. If you demand the best of the best, the Samsung S23 Ultra should be at the top of your list. It sets a new standard for what a smartphone can achieve.

The pros...Great look. Fast speed. Lasting battery. S pen...........the cons...Freezes, light screen auto mode smoky screen hard to see in sunlight, Speaker sound during calls muffled, update does not resolve every issue, face recognition troubling, fingerprint sensor poor scan. ...S pen skips.

Coming off my S10+, I love my S23Ultra ! I have had so much fun with this camera ! It takes the most phenomenal pictures. I have caught many great moon and star shots. Even a meteor with a tail flare ! Everyone loves the pictures I send. They can't get over the clarity. The battery life is unbelievable. I never fear having a weak backup.. I love, love, love this phone !

Such an amazing phone! The camera quality was epic and the phone itself was a breeze to use. I personally love Apple iPhone but I always said if I were to switch over, this would be the phone to make me do it. And I was not wrong. Such fast speeds and incredible zoom capabilities. I haven't even been able to discover all the amazing features it has. Love the pencil that you are able to use, the screen size is perfect for someone that loves having a "phablet" and also it's a beautiful screen.

It looks sleek, fast and very responsive. Cameras are top notch compared to other brands.

i got this as replacement for note20 ultra ,, ppl tell me this is faster ,, but i canna tell ,, but it works better and stronger with wifi where the note20 will not work at all .. i been testing the camera too ,, have gotten very good sharp details ,, the zooms are pretty good too ... this also has a larger stronger battery which last longer than lower models phones ..

Honestly, its one of the best phones I've ever owned. The only thing i dislike is the one year manufacturers warranty. Kinda wished it was a two year warranty. It also takes amazing pictures. The one displayed is one i took and i didnt wven edit the pic.

Awesome camera! Not like we americans have many choices to get a phone cam scoring great on gxomark benchmarks.. and fcc licensed to connect to our cellular towers. Zoom is awesome, yet the other rear cameras arent the best quality.. 12 gigs of ram, take me back to 3 years, when i afforded the same ram size of a $350 phone purchase, oneplus 8t, 15 months after release. Charging is super slow compared to the competition... And the 512 gig storage option, 4 gigs of extra ram a whopping $250 greater than 256 gb verson... its a bit pricey, maybe wirth it for zoom camera?

Im not tech savvy and the s23 ultra is very user friendly! Im absolutely in love with the advance camera and endless customizations. Oh and i only have to charge my s23 ultra once a day and ive had it a year now!

It was a perfect upgrade from my old S9 to S23 Ultra. The best part of this phone is the camera. You will get a feeling that you are professional photographer. Battery life is amazing as well, without a recharge it was at 45% after 36 hours of usage.

Apps and features galore. Runs smooth with everything I do on my phone. The cherry on top are the compliments I get for the photos I take with my phone!

This phone is great, fast and very good quality, you can do so much on this phone, photo quality is superb even you zoom it to 100% ..

My wife is soooooooo happy with her new phone well of course me too. A reward for our hard work. It's been 4 years since we had our phones and since this year is the last update, we decided to get a new one. Fortunately, they will just be releasing the S23 Ultra and a promo to get a storage upgrade for free. Thanks for the Samsung representatives on Best buy for giving us basic tips on the new features but not forcing us to get them. I believe using this phone will be a blast for us specially we'll be having an out of the country vacay. P.S. she's still smiling :D

This phone is worth every single penny, it has an amazing camera, battery and looks very good . Samsung well done.
