I couldn't tell it apart from a brand new one, no scuffs or scratches. Performance is great, love the 7 years of software support Samsung is giving this device. It's a third party seller so bear that in mind.

Great phone Incredible camera. Features that this phone has are AMAZING . Display is crisp and vivid. Colors, the Ai features 5 stars. Ease of use is GREAT. Battery last all day even with heavy usage. Fast smooth response. More than just a phone more then just a camera. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5stars overall.

Just as described in the website advert ,it has a very larger memory capacity , produces very clean photos and bit , has a very fast response time and is very easy to operate…

This is a great product. Looks and feels brand new. The only downside is having to download and install the many many many (did I say many, yeah it was a lot) updates to get the phone to the current Android and security level. Recommend connecting to WIFI and just powering through it. I use Version and this is considered and unlocked device. Some Verizon apps, like Call Filter Plus, don't work on unlocked phones.

This was my 1st purchase of a refurbished phone. I have bought so many brand new models, and decided I am not going to pay $1300 and up anymore. I upgraded my 4 year old Galaxy S22 ultra to a 24 Ultra. I couldn't be more pleased. At half the price of a new Galaxy, I got a beautiful phone that looks and performs excellent. Another plus, it will not tie me to my carrier for 3 years to finish paying for it. I am free to change carriers to save on my monthly bill. The phone came within a couple days and I was able to swap it over to service quickly myself. The phone was in 'excellent' condition, no scuffs or scratches, like it had lived in "protection" all of its previous life.

Looks and performs like new. Easy to migrate contents from my old phone and linked perfectly with my Samsung watch.

Coming from an S10 this is a great step up, even refurbished. I do notice my phone has a wierd vibration/speaker issue but its not that serious.
