THIS PHONE IS AWESOME AS U CAN SEE…CAMERA TAKE BEAUTIFUL PICS, ARRIVED IN GREAT CONDITION AS STATED IN DESCRIPTION. THANK YOU BEST BUY AND CELLFEE

I couldn't tell it apart from a brand new one, no scuffs or scratches. Performance is great, love the 7 years of software support Samsung is giving this device. It's a third party seller so bear that in mind.

The phone came in well packaged, and in great condition, just a little scratch on the camera lens, but it works perfectly fine. The diagnostic run well and no problems were detected. It charges well but it runs longer on power saving mode.

I love my phone great camera and works great no issues at all....

I ordered the phone in excellent condition. I received the phone with the scratches special on the back scratch what you can see easily!

Great phone Incredible camera. Features that this phone has are AMAZING . Display is crisp and vivid. Colors, the Ai features 5 stars. Ease of use is GREAT. Battery last all day even with heavy usage. Fast smooth response. More than just a phone more then just a camera. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5stars overall.

Just as described in the website advert ,it has a very larger memory capacity , produces very clean photos and bit , has a very fast response time and is very easy to operate…

Beautiful sleek look and the sound is perfect its light weight and easy to use!!

This was my 1st purchase of a refurbished phone. I have bought so many brand new models, and decided I am not going to pay $1300 and up anymore. I upgraded my 4 year old Galaxy S22 ultra to a 24 Ultra. I couldn't be more pleased. At half the price of a new Galaxy, I got a beautiful phone that looks and performs excellent. Another plus, it will not tie me to my carrier for 3 years to finish paying for it. I am free to change carriers to save on my monthly bill. The phone came within a couple days and I was able to swap it over to service quickly myself. The phone was in 'excellent' condition, no scuffs or scratches, like it had lived in "protection" all of its previous life.

This is a great product. Looks and feels brand new. The only downside is having to download and install the many many many (did I say many, yeah it was a lot) updates to get the phone to the current Android and security level. Recommend connecting to WIFI and just powering through it. I use Version and this is considered and unlocked device. Some Verizon apps, like Call Filter Plus, don't work on unlocked phones.

Loved my phone! Camera works good and i have no issue so far!

I had a very positive experience buying from Best Buy. I made my purchase through them using the third-party seller “Cellfeee.” The ordering process was easy and clear, and the third-party customer service deserves a full 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Reordering was just as smooth. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them to any customer.

I bought this phone and the battery lasts the whole day! I am amazed by it

Overall Im happy with the phone. I love the camera quality but its a heavy phone! Compared to my Samsung 20 SE 5G, the connection isnt nearly as good and thats why I chose this phone over less expensive ones so that was a little disappointing.

Looks and performs like new. Easy to migrate contents from my old phone and linked perfectly with my Samsung watch.

The battery lasts for several hours, much longer than my previous cell phone (flip 6). I love the option of lapiz with Bluetooth.

A month ago I buy a Samsung S24 ultra 512gb and it works perfect.

this phone it's very good but the battery not good but all thing its good and the price

Coming from an S10 this is a great step up, even refurbished. I do notice my phone has a wierd vibration/speaker issue but its not that serious.

Great Phone. No need to worry about iphones. Good camera...
