Excellent condition, arrived with a full charge! No noticable imperfections. Works great! Only setback was the voicemail- no app to support it. Have to access voicemail the old way by dialing *86 and listening to them all before being able to delete them. Very inconvenient, apparently its a manufacturer not a service issue/change.
