So far everything is great with the phone. I like using Best Buy because there is no pressure and they are knowledgeable

paid for 2 phones. They said they were out of them that we would get them in a week. We have yet to receive them. So there goes another day traveling ( we live out of town) because they do not answer their phones with a human and the robot does not know what the hell we are talking about or how to help us.
