I absolutely love this phone. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S21 that I had purchased shortly after its release, so I got several years and thousands of hours of reliable use out of it. The S21 was still performing well, but the battery was no longer holding a charge and the charging port was beginning to fail, so it was time for an upgrade. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has been a night-and-day improvement. The camera and video quality are incredible, the battery life is phenomenal, and the 1TB of storage gives me more space than I could realistically need. The phone is fast, polished, and packed with useful features. I expected to use the S Pen more than I do, but that comes down to personal preference rather than any issue with the phone. I purchased this refurbished model through Best Buy after researching the seller and understanding the risks involved with buying refurbished electronics. The phone arrived in absolutely pristine condition and was exactly as described. It even came with a screen protector already installed. The protector had a bubble and some dust underneath it, so I replaced it with my own, but that was a minor issue and not a problem with the phone itself. This has been an outstanding upgrade, especially for the price. I have been using it for several weeks and could not be happier with it. I have owned Samsung Galaxy S-series phones since the S9 and have consistently been impressed by their durability and longevity. After using the S25 Ultra, I do not think I could go back to a standard phone. I would strongly recommend this phone, particularly the Ultra models.

The phone was like new and easily set up. Only down side was it wasnt in a samsung box and didnt come with a Samsung cord. It was an off brand cord. Other than that it was perfect.

Big screen, long battery life and tons of memory and storage and great camera. I have a heavy duty shell case that makes it a little hard to text with one hand but worth it because if i drop it it's fully protected from damage. Great purchase overall

Biggest lie ever. Says refurbished but the phone is brand spankin new. Haha. Thanks for the great phone. There's always a risk to refurbished electronics but you did not disappoint.
