I ordered this back in January and I've been patiently waiting for it to be in stock. But now it's canceled and apparently if i order it online it'll be available on the 27th. Like seriously ... absolutely ridiculous. Best Buy service went down hill fast over the years. I want my phone and if you cancled it my gift card ... oh it better not be canceled because of your failure to fulfill a pre-order. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting a phone from these guys again.

Screen is nice and clear, phone is fast and battery lasts me 2 days where my previous phone would only last half a day. I have not used the camera very much yet but will update my post when I have.

It is a great phone. It has a very good rear & front camera. The only thing is that you can't use the stylus to take selfies like the S24 Ultra.

So far I love this phone. The camera is awesome. The processing speed rocks. I decided to upgrade from an S10+ to this because of the great price BestBuy was offering plus the AT&T deal (BB saved me an additional $300). I couldn't be happier!

Too much useless AI interference. Difficult to coordinate ring doorbell. No audible doorbell in wired system. As a phone it's okay.

Amazing phone (upgraded from S22 Ultra), ignore all these 1 star reviews from people complaining about not getting their order. Got mine from AT&T direct, (arrived next day since color I wanted wasn't in stock). To all the "Karens" out there leaving 1 star reviews on a product based on how their interaction went from where they procured it...you are reviewing the product, NOT the company. Go to their google business page or similar and bash on them there...
