Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have been a samsung user since the Galaxy Note 3 and every new model has made my trust in Samsung's innovation deeper and stronger. The S26 Ultra is certainly the only choice when you want to go for the best of the best. After switching to a non-samsung device for a brief time and coming back to the S26 Ultra made me realize there is no competition out there in terms of performance, display, camera, and the mesmerizing design of this beautiful phone. Whenever I pull this beast out of my pocket no matter where I am, I take a brief second to appreciate the standards this phone is built to and at times I am amazed at how this phone just sprints at any task it is given. The camera on this phone is just an example of how far camera technology and quality has come with pictures so clear, full of color and vibrant. The 100× zoom just blows me away every time i try to capture anything that is microscopic to the naked eye. Galaxy AI on the other hand is certainly the best AI you can find integrated into a smart phone, I mean just try painting your photos with the AI tool and I promise you will be blown away every single time. The cherry on top is and always has been the presence of an S Pen. Just when you think this phone cannot get any better, you pull out this beautiful piece of a pen and start doodling when you are bored or take notes instantly when your boss gives you a task. The only phone that will make me switch devices is going to be the successor to this one.

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (256GB Unlocked) as my daily driver, and it has exceeded expectations across every category. Samsung has refined its flagship lineup to near perfection this generation. Display & Build Quality: The screen is stunningly bright, sharp, and buttery smooth under direct sunlight. The build feels premium, sturdy, and comfortable in hand despite its substantial screen real estate. Camera System: The photo and video clarity are outstanding. Colors are vivid without being overly saturated, low-light/night photos come out sharp with minimal noise, and the zoom capabilities remain unmatched for capturing fine details from a distance. Performance & Battery Life: Powered by top-tier hardware, multitasking, high-end gaming, and switching between heavy apps is completely seamless with zero thermal throttling or lag. The battery easily lasts a full day of heavy use with plenty of percentage to spare by night, and fast charging gets it back to 100% in no time. Software & S Pen: The UI is clean, responsive, and packed with practical productivity features. Having the integrated S Pen makes note-taking, precise editing, and quick navigation an absolute breeze. If you are looking for a top-tier smartphone that excels in productivity, photography, and raw performance, the S26 Ultra is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is an amazing smartphone with a beautiful display, excellent battery life, and outstanding camera quality. Performance is incredibly fast, multitasking is smooth, and the S Pen adds extra convenience for productivity. The design feels premium, and the overall experience exceeds expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier Android phone.

I've been using the Galaxy S26 Ultra for about a month, and it has been an excellent upgrade. The display is bright, sharp, and smooth, making it great for reading papers, watching videos, and everyday use. Battery life easily lasts a full day even with heavy usage. The cameras are fantastic in both daylight and low light, and the zoom performance is especially impressive. Performance is extremely fast, and I've had no issues running multiple apps or handling productivity tasks. The built-in S Pen is genuinely useful for taking notes, annotating documents, and quick sketches. Samsung's One UI feels polished and offers plenty of customization without sacrificing stability. The build quality is premium, and the phone feels solid in hand. The only minor downside is that it's a large and relatively heavy device, so it may not be ideal if you prefer compact phones. Otherwise, it has exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Android flagship.

What I love: 1. *Display*: The 6.9" Dynamic AMOLED 3X screen is unreal. 1-144Hz adaptive refresh, crazy bright outdoors, and colors that pop without looking oversaturated. Best phone screen I’ve used, period. 2. *Camera*: The 200MP main sensor + improved periscope zoom makes this a pocket DSLR. Night shots finally handle motion well, and the new AI processing keeps skin tones natural instead of over-sharpened. 8K video at 60fps is a nice flex too. 3. *Battery + Charging*: 5500mAh gets me through a full day of heavy use. 65W charging means 0 to 70% in about 20 minutes. Wireless charging is faster this year too. 4. *S Pen*: Still built-in, still zero latency. Note-taking, signing PDFs, and photo edits feel natural. New hover gestures are actually useful. 5. *Performance*: The Snapdragon “for Galaxy” chip handles everything. Genshin Impact at max settings, 4K video editing, DeX on a monitor — no lag, no heat issues

I’ve honestly had a great experience with this phone so far. The performance is super fast and smooth, the software feels clean and responsive, and the overall quality feels very premium. One of my favorite parts is definitely the camera, photos and videos come out sharp, vibrant, and really impressive even in lower lighting. The battery life has also been great for daily use. My buying experience was just as good. The process was quick, easy, and stress-free, and the person who helped me was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They made everything simple and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this phone.

I bought this phone during a great promotion and it ended up being the best deal I could find. The setup was quick, and everything has been running smoothly so far. The display is bright, the phone feels fast, and the battery easily lasts throughout the day with normal use. The camera also takes sharp, clear pictures. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and feel like I got excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable phone at a great value.

Love my new Galaxy S26 Ultra purchase. I use for a home base business and take lots of item pictures. The extended battery life over earlier models is a plus. The camera resolution & quality is sharper than earlier models also. Overall performance is great.

Needed a new phone, got a stylus, fast and works quickly even if I forget to close my other apps. Battery life is great. Speakers really good. And don't get me started on the camera quality, I'm officially now a photographer ☺️

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and I absolutely love it. Honestly, the first thing that hooked me was just how great it feels in the hand. A lot of big phones feel like holding a slippery brick, but Samsung actually nailed the shape and weight distribution on this one—it just sits perfectly. The S-Pen is a total game-changer too. It’s so smooth and useful that it makes you wonder why iPhone users are still stuck using their fingers for everything. Navigating, signing documents, and taking notes is just so much faster. The real kicker is Galaxy AI. Features like Now Nudge and context-aware tools just make daily life easier in ways Apple simply can't touch right now. Between the comfortable design, the pen, and a battery that actually lasts this phone is a masterpiece.

I've been using the Galaxy S26 Ultra for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed. The display is incredibly sharp and bright, the phone feels very fast, and multitasking is smooth. The camera quality is outstanding, especially in low light and zoom photos. Battery life easily gets me through the day, and the overall design feels premium. The S Pen is also a great bonus for notes and quick edits. So far, one of the best smartphones I've owned.

Switching from a much older flipz, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of transferring my data. I did have to adjust to the size of the phone as it is significantly larger than the flipz. Once I got used to that, it was smooth sailing. I use the stylus almost every day and am enjoying it. The photo quality is amazing as promoted prior to the product launch. The speakers are very good. One of the reasons I use the stylus all the time is to adjust the volume with it using Media Output instead of using the side buttons. See the image below. Overall I enjoy the phone and am discovering new features to explore.

Was afraid to switch to Samsung but i don't regret it at all. It's incredibly smooth even after a few months, the camera is unbeatable quality, features like privacy screen are peak and the battery lasts all day. Definitely wouldn't go back on this purchase.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is an incredible smartphone that truly feels premium in every way. The display is stunning, the performance is fast and smooth, and the camera quality is impressive. Everything feels polished, powerful, and easy to use. The design is beautiful and modern, and the phone feels like a true flagship device. If you’re looking for a high-end Android phone with excellent performance, a great camera, and a premium experience, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is definitely worth considering.

This phone is honestly awesome. It’s super fast, handles multitasking really well, and everything just runs smooth. The camera is a big upgrade too—pictures come out sharp and clear every time. I also like how everything fits nicely on the screen. It just feels clean and easy to use. Overall, I’m really happy with it. Definitely worth it.

My dad used to have an old Samsung J6 and his birthday is coming soon so i decided to pick a S26 ultra for him. The phone is easy to use and the cameras are outstanding. Smooth performance and plenty of storage. I know i don't miss when i choose best buy.

Amazing phone works with literally any game and any task I throw at it. Only time it slightly slowed down was when I played a game for 4-5 hours straight but other than that its very good and is worth the money. Especially with the cameras it has and the battery life on this phone lasts all day.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has a beautiful premium design, excellent display, and smooth performance. The camera quality is impressive, and the phone feels fast and responsive. The Sky Blue color looks great, and the 256GB storage is more than enough for everyday use. Overall, I’m very happy with this phone and would definitely recommend it.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra as a birthday gift for my husband. I applied for a Best Buy credit card, and it was the best decision I could have made. It is a spectacular phone—fast, with long battery life and exceptional clarity. It features five cameras, and the photos are spectacular—much better than those from the S24 Ultra or the S25.

Good phone, good battery life, good performance, a little bulky, screen feels like a downgrade from s23 ultra, the s-pen is useless piece of garbage, camera good quality
