Best Buy is hands down the best place to buy a new phone and this upgrade proved it. The deal was actually better than going through my service provider, and with the S26 Ultra launch promotion, it genuinely felt like I was getting paid to upgrade. I came from the S24 Ultra, and the difference is immediate. Everything is faster and smoother, charging is noticeably quicker with the 60W charger, and the camera, speakers, and AI features all feel like a real step up not just a minor update. The new OS just ties everything together. What stood out most was the value. I wasn’t expecting to save this much compared to my carrier, and the whole process at Best Buy was simple and hassle-free. If you’re even thinking about upgrading, I’d 100% recommend doing it especially through Best Buy. This was one of the easiest and smartest upgrades I’ve made.

I am not strictly an iphone or android geek i love what ever phone gives me the best photos right out of the box and feels the best in my little hands lol but I love the galaxy ultra series over the iphone pro series and I've had all of the iphones since the 4 with several lower quality samsungs and other android brands in between lol. Samsung ultra gets me with the top teir camera, the customization features of android and being so light weight. I had the s24 ultra in 2024 and made the mistake of going back to iphone for the 16 pro. Wont do that again any time soon.

I’m extremely happy with this phone. It looks great, runs very smoothly, and the camera takes excellent pictures. The battery life has been very good, and the overall quality feels premium. It’s been reliable, fast, and enjoyable to use every day. Definitely a 5-star device.

Honestly the phone is fast and smooth, the battery last way longer than expected sometimes depending on use I skip charging it for a day and I start my day at 4am til 8pm from work and I use it for everything which is crazy. I can say I wish the s-pen still had Bluetooth because I was one of those who used it normally but all in all im satisfied with the s26 ultra

Pros: love the light weight, thinner than my S24 Ultra, and top performance. Screen resolution is crazy good and bright. Cons: The phone is so thin the camera bump really sticks out. Makes it hard to get my mag mount to stay sometimes. The pre-order discount for BB has not hit my bill and the BestBuy support AI sucks. Can not figure out how to get the discount credited to my bill as promised!

Excellent phone ,i recommended the s26 ultra i try the iphone 17 pro and you can't compare to the 26 it's a lot of difference in everything mostly the camera

Probably the best Samsung phone I've ever had! The built-in privacy screen is a huge feature and the overall feel and performance of the phone is well worth the costs of the phone!

So wife had the S22Ultra. She wanted to upgrade to another Ultra as it has the pen. I showed her more sites and Best Buy had the best deal. The phone is incredible.

Best phone samsung has ever made. Screen quality is awesome so is the camera. But the privacy is the best thing that could have happened.
