A: You will need to get this unlocked before it can be activated in Mexico.
Q: I am an at&t customer... Can I go through you guys for my upgrade on a next plan?
A: Yes you can. In fact, I am an AT&T customer and did just that. You can even do the whole order online via the Best Buy website - that's how I ordered mine.
Q: Can you guys unlock this phone as part of a 2-year free upgrade with the carrier verizon
A: Hi, Kyle, you would have to get this device unlocked by AT&T if you wanted to use it on another network, and they may have a requirement that you use it with them before they will. ^Tim
Q: Can I Buy to replace my old one?
A: It depends on your carrier (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon etc) and what contract you are under. If replacing a broken or damaged phone, a service center repair may be a cheaper option.
Q: Can I buy the phone and do the payments for 30 mo and using with the verizon or other in US?

Q: would i be able to trade in my Unlocked 32GB iphone 7+ for this phone and pay the difference?
A: They do allow trade-ins but we were warned that we were better off selling it privately because the trade in value will not be really high. It also has to not have any damage to the screen. Good luck!
A: The battery is non-removable but should last several years. If you need it replaced, it will need to be done at a Samsung authorized service center.
