Everything about the tablet is great. Great battery life for my my kids, study, case is very well built. But the Crayopen pens they came with the tips only lasted about 2 weeks. Unfortunately there's no way to replace them either. So I had to order an off brand pens to replace them. Other then that everything is great!

Replaced granddaughter's older Android tablet. She loves the new tablet, the colorful protective case, stylus, and sound system. Display is sharp great contrast and sound from movies and games is great. Battery life also is great. Easy for her (7 year old) to use on her own good parental controls.

I like the parental controls on this tablet for my kids.

Being advertised as a Kid friendly version with software to keep them out of trouble sounded like a great idea. It has little errors pop up all the time. You have to go look up how to fix them and sometimes it takes several fixes get it done. Setting up new things is difficult. Back and forth from parent account to child account and sometimes they still don't work. It should not have taken two hours to get YouTube Kids working on a tablet. Should have been 1o minutes including setting up the Kids account. That is just one example of many. Maybe the tablet hardware is okay even if it is older hardware, but the software has made it almost unusable. Two weeks of messing with it, and my wife and I are about ready to return it. Not worth the money.
