I'm super happy with my Samsung Tablet! It works great with my phone and is just amazing. It makes me smile every time I see it. And even though it was open box, it's still a fantastic product. So don't let "open box" scare you off, because I've found some of the best open box deals at Best Buy, and they always stand behind them if anything goes wrong. So seriously, if you're thinking about it, or trying to decide between a tablet or a phone, this is it. It's exceeded all my expectations.

I absolutely love this tablet. It's fast and has lots of storage. The colors are so vibrant. I has a small Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for sooooo long and was out of updates and almost out of storage. I'm so glad I got the Ultra. It's so worth it.

Setup was simply than any device I've owned previously. Beautiful picture and highly responsive. Works great as a laptop or a tablet. Highly recommended.

The tablet as far as a tablet side of things is fine, but I can't fully disable the integrated AI so it wants to harvest my data and it has a stupid sleep function that if you aren't staring at the tablet it goes to sleep. Which is fantastic when you try to just put on some background noise to fall asleep to or to just do your tasks and the dumb stupid tablet suddenly is like 'nah fam'. Which would be great if I could DISABLE IT. But the best you can do is give it a 10 minute timer before it decides it's smarter than you. Oh and this was after bestbuy sent it via fedex and then their customer service lied to me about getting it delivered for 4 days straight, and FedEx's support lied to me about trying to deliver it for 4 days straight. I tried to get a partial refund for all the grief and bestbuy did nothing to actually resolve the issue. So I'm glad I bought this tablet that doesn't fully fulfill my needs and even more happy to have to spend over a week trying to get it with fedex claiming I wasn't home when i was sitting at my house. Because you know what is even knocking on a door at 1 PM to see if people are there. After they falsely claimed I wasn't home previously by taking a picture of a door tag which they never left at my house meaning the guy wasn't even at my house and oh yeah they admitted that the tracking showed he wasn't NEAR my house when they took the picture so even better. I wish bestbuy would stop outsourcing their support to idiots in India who will lie to you because it is no consequence to them, as much as I wish that fedex would stop hiring people who don't care.

Great Visuals, but i baught it for playing games and it would lag all the time, slower then my IpadPro 4, that like almost 10 years old..so it got returned.
