This refurbished tablet is fine and is what I would expect with a refurbished item. However, it's advertised as including the S Pen. That is not true. I ordered one, No S pen included. Returned it and ordered another. It too came without an S pen. Don't expect one despite the primary description of the product claiming to include one.

Was told on live chat ro go to the store to get my pen bc it was missing only to be told there that I was basically screwed and had to call. This is ridiculous. It's a pattern now. Put the pen in the first time and stop cheating people. I had to purchase my own just so I could use my birthday present. I am beyond livid at the attitude and negligence.

I got this as a gift for my mom because her tablet was on the end of its life cycle. She loves it! The battery holds an amazing charge for being a refurbished tablet. She doesn't typically bring it outside the house with her but both of tend to play quite a few games on our tablets (I have the S9 FE Plus) and they work really well!

The wrong charger was sent but the rest was great.
