Q: does it come with a charger

A: It comes with a power cord, but you have to provide the charger. I use a Samsung-approved 45W wall charger that I bought separately, and I charged up my tablet from 33% to 100% in about 90 minutes. Lower wattage chargers work, but charging times are significantly longer.
