Watch works, simple start up, i feel like the batteries dont last as long as the older versions but this watch also def tracks way more then my galaxy active did.

I wanted something that could track more than my fitbit versa could and the galaxy watch 7 was just what I needed. I haven't measured the distance between my phone and watch when it dosconnects but it's quite far and it reconnets by itself. I usually change it once a day but it charges fast. Pros: it's light weight, very stylish and there are lots of watch faces you can download. I have the wifi version and I can reply to texts and I've even taken a call on my watch. I've noticed the battery lasts longer if I dont wear it at night. Cons: always on display drains battery and will wake you up if you move around too much and like it really dark. Took a few days to get used to wearing it at night and not to be blinded by the AOD. To get all the functionality you need 3 apps, Samsung Health, Wear and Samsung Health Monitor. But I do recommend this for anyone who is thinking about an upgrade or to get started monitoring their health.

I love how sleek and light weight this watch is. It offers a lot of health tracking options such as blood oxygen, HR, ECG, sleep tracking, respiration rate, and body temperature. It is also highly customizable! My main complaint about this watch is how quickly the battery drains. I have to charge it every two days. My previous galaxy watch would last me atleast 4 days.

The battery life is a bit short. The design is simple and classy. The features are plenty and easy to use.

I want to start out by saying that I really do like this watch. I love how customizable the watch faces are and it integrates seamlessly with my samsung phone. The band that comes with the watch is kind of bulky and stiff but it was easy to change out and there are a lot of options available. I haven't had any technical issues with it so far. I mostly bought this watch so that I would have something to record my heartrate and it seems to do well enough with that, though the watch app seems to only show heart rate at intervals during normal recording insead of live changes like I was hoping. As far as activity recording goes this seems to do ok and I'm sure if you do normal activities such as running or biking this will do just fine. However... I roller skate indoors and this just does not record any movement at all so I have no way of knowing my distances or any kind of speed data which makes it kinda useless as an activity tracker for me. I am not sure if you would have similar issues with other indoor activities or not but it doesn't work for me at all. I've included an image of what a workout looks like for me. I'll also note that its super easy to accidently hit the pause button in the middle of a workout and lose half your data and there doesn't seem to be a way to get it back, for example my workout was over two hours but since I accidentally paused its showing barely over 1. This is a major design flaw for any kind of physical activity where you might move your hands a lot. I'm going to look into ways to change this setting so it stops doing this but its incredibly annoying. Again if you do normal workouts is probably wont effect you.
