I upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 4, also BT and 40 mm, and the difference is clear. The actual screen is reasonably bigger as the bezel is really small. Battery life is around 36 hours, which is ok, but I knew this going in. Charge it while you shower and because the new charger is faster, you'll get a decent charge to last all day and night. Where it stands out from competing options is that you get detailed information of measurements and sleep without having to pay a subscription. Samsung health and Health Connect allow you to access the watch's data in different platforms as well. It integrated and connected seamlessly with my S23. I love the silver version, it looks very nice. I did add a screen protector and a case to protect it from cosmetic damages and the accessory options out there are good (not as ample as apple but you definitely have a lot of options to choose from). I love the new band system, its so much easier to swap bands. If you have a lot of bands from the older system, you can get adaptors so you can also use old bands with the new watch. The new labs measurements of cardiovascular load, AGEs and antioxidant index are cool, but I don't feel they are enough to justify by itself an upgrade. If you have a Samsung phone and you have no watch or a very old model, I do feel it is worth it.

I absolutely love my watch it has everything I need I love when I wake I see the time, weather, and date all on my screen at once. I like when someone calls I can answer on my watch and hear them clearly. I like I have the option to change my watch display to my liking. I like that the watch keeps track of my health including sleep, steps, and my heart. I like that my watch is comfortable and easy to put on my wrist. I like the fact that my battery last me a few days before I have to charge it again. Samsung has a nice durable and good quality watch I love all the features it has.

I’m really impressed with the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 40mm in Silver. The aluminum finish looks sleek and elegant, making it perfect for everyday wear and even for more formal occasions. It’s lightweight, comfortable on the wrist, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. The display is bright and clear, even outdoors, and the interface is very smooth and easy to use. I especially love the health and fitness features — heart rate tracking, sleep monitoring, and activity tracking are accurate and helpful for staying mindful of daily wellness. Battery life is also reliable and lasts well through the day with regular use. The Bluetooth connectivity works seamlessly with my phone, and notifications come in clearly without delay. Overall, this watch feels like a perfect balance of style, performance, and practicality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern smartwatch that looks good, works smoothly, and supports a healthy lifestyle.

Best investment ever. This watch helps me keep fit. It leeps tracks of my sleep, blood pressure, weight, BMI, blood oxygen, my steps, my exercises, reminds me to drink water and move around, my heart rate, and it does a full ECG on my entire body. It has a calendar reminder, i can get messages and phone calls, and all notifications, change watch faces, store my most important contacts, vibrates and rings (of course) and the band is not the leather band that always needs to be purchased after wear and tear. This band is a different, better material. It fits snug and when you loosen it, it still has a snug fit. There are no loose ends to tuck under that little strap that breaks or peels. It tucks neatly inside itself and it stays there. The face is clear, nice size and the font, no matter what size, fits neatly within the perimeter of the face. The tips on the mobile are easy to understand and the user guide is ver friendly. The gestures are amazing and discreet watch alerts you with different sounds built in (sounds you dont choose) as soon as yout watch drops below 19%. This watch does so much more. If you're looking for a samsung watch, look no more. This one is tops! I love it.

As a long-term Samsung Galaxy Watch user, I particularly appreciate the device's aesthetic appeal and its ability to keep me well-informed. The timely health reminders are highly beneficial for managing my specific health requirements, and the display offers excellent readability. While there is room for improvement regarding battery life, I consider it an overall high-quality product.

I got this to replace my fitbit sense 2 after one of the metal sensors on the back of it just fell off. This has so many more features and really does a great job for me. I have not had to reset it one time which was constantly happening with the old one. I have a galaxy phone so it pairs extremely well. My only complaint would be battery life. It has to be charged almost daily, after 2 days it's completely dead. I found a great set of bands and screen protectors on the zon for it and it's been great!

I received this watch for my birthday which is an upgrade from my former Samsung Watch. This watch is great. It holds the battery all day long and even longer on power save more. I've been able to add watch faces with ease. I even has an avatar I can use on the watch watch. It monitors health issues. Also, I love the connection to my phone. I can answer it and hear and talk on it. My favorite thing is the size, 40 mm is big enough but not too big! This is a great upgrade.

Slimmer than the 6 and faster. Battery lasts much longer and the bands have a new mechanism to take them on & off faster. Overall, super happy upgrading from the 6 to 8.

The sleek design of this device is certainly eye-catching and quite modern. Its features are comprehensive, offering a wide array of functionalities to enhance daily life. The user interface is intuitive, making navigation and usage a breeze for anyone. Battery life is also commendable, easily lasting throughout a full day of regular use. Overall, the watch is a solid option for those seeking a blend of style and practicality.

Love my new Galaxy Watch 8! I had a 3 series for a LONG time and finally upgraded. This thing has awesome battery life and flawless operation/function. Very light weight compared to my old one also.

Having been a loyal 5 wearer I was excited to make the move to the 8 and I was certainly not disappointed. From the first moment I put it on I noticed that it was lighter and had a better fit on my wrist. The tended to roll toward the outer part of my wrist and I always felt as if I was centering it. Not the case here, it sits right where it should. The screen is bright and clear and it reacts super fast. With smart switch there was hardly any set up. I have had it for a bit and I do not regret my purchase for a minute. This version also give you more ability to use it... that is Gemini is on board and with a press of the side button is ready to assist, texts and emails are much eaiser and all.of the added health functions are amazing! The battery is also much better than my older model. This was a solid purchase and I highly recommend it, especially if you have an older Galaxy watch like I did.

Love the new watch and its new features, speaker works great for brief calls, love the gestures available. More accurate with the health app which was important with my step count. Battery is great and it charges fast.

I upgrqded my Samsung watch to get the new health features. I like that it is checking for afib, but it does so much more. I was especially impressed with the sleep monitoring. It records your heart rate and snoring and sleep cycle. It even checks your antioxident level. Very happy with this watch!

Comfortable, premium design that’s easy to wear all day. Bright, vivid display and responsive interface. Has to be charged daily.

I got this to replace my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. The design is a little bit bigger. The battery life seems to be much better. Great device.

Great product with excellent capabilities. I haven't had a new galaxy watch since the Watch4, so this was a great upgrade. The temperature and blood pressure monitoring, in particular, are very appealing. The screen is bright and clear and much better at sensing when my wrist is turned towards me enough to be looking at it.

Great watch! New look is amazing, screen looks nice and bright, very good resolution. Battery is good for 2 days using the watch all day long including when sleeping. I bought for my wife, initially we got the 44mm and turn it back for the 40mm. That size is more comfortable for her. I attached a picture next to my 47mm Ultra.

I recently switched from iPhone so I had to also switch from my Apple Watch. I was torn between this and Garmin but wanted full phone capabilities. I had heard the battery life wasn't great on the new Galaxy watches but I've had no issues. My Apple Watch used to be dead by the end of the day where this one is typically at 65% by the time I take it off. I don't wear it overnight because I have an Oura ring but I'm sure it would last no problem! Plus I like the look a lot more than my Apple Watch. My only complaint is that the keyboard is a little laggy when sending a text.

Great watch. I've had it for about a month. I love Samsung Galaxy watches since I'm able to track so much in one place. I can tell the accuracy is off when it comes to distance when I'm on the treadmill. It's usually off by about a quarter of a mile when I go multiple miles and about a tenth of a mile when I just go a mile. I don't like that I can't set up routines solely for the watch. It keeps wanting to sync with my phone which is on silent 100% of the time. My last watch was the 5. The battery life hasn't improved at all which doesn't help on days I'm very active. On a day I used it for 24 hours, very active, and did sleep monitoring, by the next morning it had 20% battery life left. It's fully charged in about 30 minutes, but it sucks it won't last more than 24 hours. I like the new tab format and how each tab has a category label.

Watch is sleek and light weight. This was an upgrade from a Galaxy Watch 5, and the backup transferred smoothly. The health tracking does an amazing job of keeping me informed. Very pleased.
