I used to be part of the Galaxy family up to the 3, then parted ways with other andriod phones. But I returned back and purchased the Flip 7FE - overall I was nervous with how delicate it was, but after playing with the demo phone on store, I couldn't wait to play with it once getting home. Felt like riding a bike playing with the features and accessing my Samsung account (which I was stunned was still on file) to personalize things. Being able to fold the phone and still use multiple screens was a game changer, made accessing two different screens very convenient. I haven't played much with the camera yet, but i am enjoying the copious amouts of editing options available, plus the night lighting is great. Overall, I'm pleased with this phone. Just make sure to find a suitable case that fits either the "7 FE" or the "flip 6" - as I learned the hard way obtaining the flip 7 will not work at all, just slides right off.

I've had the phone for a week and so far I'm impressed. I like the ability to receive text messages and phone calls without having to open the phone. And I really like being able to have the phone open at a 90 degree angle to chat or watch videos without having to hold it in your hand. When the phone is closed it would be nice to add any app you want from the main screen, maybe I haven't figured that out yet. Don't expect the same screen pixel clarity as you would on a non-foldable phone but it's ok. Coming from a Pixel 8 this is a fun phone, it lives up to the hype. Regarding pictures and video, seems to be on par with Google Pixel phones.

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is a stylish, high-performing smartphone with a unique folding design that adds convenience and fun. While the battery life and cost are drawbacks, I’ve mostly enjoyed my experience using it. If you’re looking for something different from the typical slab phone and don’t mind the premium price, this is a great choice.

The Compact pocket size and option to hang from a carabiner on loops with a proper case is what sold me on this phone. All apps can be used on the outside screen. Battery and Camera is slightly worse than non-FE phones. My only complaint is the awkward power-button fingerprint-sensor.

Directed to the cell phone area but was told there would be a wait as they were understaffed and there was one person ahead of us. Finally got to talk to a representative. I told him that I wanted a 5 or 6G flip phone. Was told they had none in stock and it would be awhile before I could get it. My current phone was on it's last legs so I couldn't wait that long. I looked at the 7G flip. It was around $1200- too much for my budget. I was told there was a flip 7FE for around $700 which was what I was expecting to spend with about the same coverage as the Flip 7G. Only 2 colors to choose from, which was the same as when I got my last ( current 3G flip). Purchased the Flip 7FE. Once at home, trying to use the phone ( after transferring data between phones), I ran into a problem. I got a welcoming type screen which started talking after it indicated if I tapped twice there would be no sound-! Guess what-there was sound. I couldn't clear the the screen and I couldn't stop the machine from talking. Had to take the phone back the next day to the Geek Squad to disable the talking. Didn't have phone or any other function for 1 day! After that the phone has worked well. Still a few things I have to figure out but overall a good experience overall.
