Customer Ratings & Reviews

My wife and I recently switched from iPhone to the Z Flip and Z Fold, and we absolutely love them. The amount of freedom and customization these phones offer is incredible. I can truly make this device my own. Samsung really perfected the folding technology, too. The crease is barely noticeable most of the time, and the overall build quality feels top tier. It’s been a great upgrade for both of us.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 stands out for its stylish, lightweight design and compact folded size. Its useful cover screen and hands-free camera features make quick tasks and selfies convenient. The lack of a dedicated telephoto camera is a drawback if you enjoy zoom photography. I’d recommend it if portability, style and the folding experience are your main priorities.

This phone is very different. I have always been with Apple and my last phone was the iPhone 13 pro max. I like that this phone is small and it is a cute design. I am still getting used to the system since it is very different from the iPhone. I am not a fan of when I open the phone at night, and the screens brightness is automatically super bright. I am still trying to figure out how to make different sounds for texts vs emails. I do have the wavy screen towards the middle of the screen but it does not affect how my screen looks. Overall, I am still getting used to this phone and am not convinced I will stay with it. Not because of the phone itself but I think that the iPhone is easier for me to use.

I had my last phone for around ten years. Yeah, I'm a Boomer. Then the apps on the old Samsung began disintegrating. I don't look forward to the trauma of new technology, but it was time. I needed something that fit my cargo pockets, and, with the increasing phone form factors, that isn't a trivial problem. The Samsung Flip 8 was my solution. It fits; it works; and thanks to the good folks at the Geek Squad, my transition was mostly painless. I'm even carrying the blasted thing more regularly.

First time but day one Samsung user. Love it! Great for daily tasks and comfortably due to the size.

Great phone, compact, fast, customizable. I recommend anyone who likes editing to get it. Camera is amazing

I upgraded to the Z Flip 8 Unlocked 512 Cream from the Z Flip 3 Samsung Blue 256. I had the 3 for 5 years. It's been about a month since my upgrade. So far, I'm very pleased. The form factor is slightly wider than the 3, which makes it perfect for single handed handling. The specs are top both, build quality is still superb (and mostly metal and glass). I hope it will last like the 3 did, I believe it will. Great job.

Swapped a problematic Z-Flip7 for the new 8. Samsung's switch device app worked flawlessly. The phone is noticeably faster with routine apps. So far so good. I will adjust the rating if hinge issues appear, but right now I'm happy with the device.

Im so happy with this phone and it was the last one at the location i went to! Employees were very kind and helpful.

I had a fold last time so I switched to this so I wouldn't doomscroll as much.

Although I dont really like the front camera, the back camera is amazing. Quality is perfect as well as the ability to edit and adjust what ever way possible to make photos and videos astonishing.

It’s honestly very reliable and worked well in Mexico!

Im an iphone girly all the way but i bought this is a secondary phone, & im absolutely in love with it. The color, customization, & the fact it flips! So nostalgic. Highly recommend!

The Color Is Perfect , Easy To Managed. Also Easy To Put Away . Camera Quality Is Excellent. The Battery Life Last A Whole Day And I Do You My Phone A Lot .

Nice and fast! Only thing is for the first week or so I noticed it was reheating more than usual. But it's been resolved by itself
