A: Apparently you do not receiver your phone if you order through bestbuy.

A: Judging by the way that preorders were handled I would say no. Most of the people that preordered the phone weeks ago did not get the phone today so I would say that there is a slim to none chance that you would be able to get the phone in the next couple weeks.
