I love everything about the phone, it is the best phone by Samsung for looking at pictures and videos in a nice format. I dropped a phone on the inside of the fold, and the internal screen went bad right away. My best buy plan saved me, And I had a new phone in a week. Only cons: it's heavy and the s pen is massive and easy to lose. Don't leave it open if you aren't going to use it, the internal screen is fragile.

Been almost 10 months and hasn't broken. Works as advertised.

The best of the best great phone. Just one little details I'm just a little disappointed doesn't have a charger or a pen.

Wow, the Z Fold4 5G 1tb is amazing...I bought the z fold2 2yrs ago and it is still running like new so I kept it and I'm totally satisfied with the Z Fold4...the newer cpu,faster memory and AMAZINGLY MEMORIZING Dynamic AMOLED inner 7.6inch screen is so crisp and colorful along with being brighter is perfect...the battery life as been great with the newer Snapdragon 8gen+1 cpu and Multi-tasking is still crazy awesome..I do like the wider front outter display but i wish it was still long as my z fold 2 outter display so it would make the inner display 8inch..the under display camera dissappears when watching videos our doing everyday tasks and my Spigen air skin case fits nice and tight with the new design of the frame bezels...i got the free Samsung case and s-pen since i pre ordered but I'm not of user of the s-pen so i can't comment on that...but so far everything else as been exceptional...the screen protector for the inner display is the best one yet for the Z Fold line up i wish it wasn't glaring.. One last thing I did my Z Fold4 1tb for $1899 with Bestbuy price match they did on 9.19.22..

I bought this as an open box, but will overlook the scratches and minor imperfections. The front screen is acceptable but definitely smaller than I would like. Colors and brightness are excellent. Operation and use is fluid and excellent. I don't expect memory issues as mine is a 1tb monster. This phone is not light and it is bulky. It does feel like a 'weapon' in hand and reminds me of the old Motorola flip phones, but heavier ! Reception is the same as any phone, and when opened its a great view. If I could only get over the closed bulk and the weight it would be perfect and a daily driver.

1TB Z Fold4... pricey, but worth every penny. Best Buy gave me respectable discount, so even better.

Easy to hold, great for working multiple apps at one time. Battery power is best

its a little more heavy than most... but it does so much more. The phone is amazingly fast and apps render properly on the large screen... makes reading so much easier! 1TB holds just about everything with no worries of running out of space. I love this phone!

I purchased this for work purposes and have zero regrets. The value this device presents is unreal. I ended up exchanging the 256GB model for the 1TB model.

Multipurpose phone & tablet. No glitches, smooth and very cool. Long battery life. Fast charging. The fold pen (bought separately) is a good tool for it.

Larger screen when open comes in handy for trading on the go so I can see the charts better than standard size but the front "folded" screen is more narrow than standard phone size. It's sturdy because I 've dropped a few times but it still works fine. No option to add more storage though which I don't like so I had to take a star off.

I love this fold4. It was an open box and I am glad that I made that purchases. Was a little worried but very satisfied.
