Customer Ratings & Reviews

Best phone I've ever owned. fast, best cameras (12mp, 50mp and the 200mp). Storage space of 1TB is a necessity for me. Battery life is exceptional, also.

Z fold 7 far exceeds my expectations and very light in design and the camera does wonders. All photos taken so far are amazing. Really appreciate this product.

This phone is pretty good overall. Nice display. Great battery life. Only problem is that I am unable to receive calls sometimes. Not sure if that’s a manufacturing problem or it is a service issue.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 feels like a truly significant leap forward for foldable phones. After several iterations of refinement, Samsung has finally delivered a device that feels less like a niche gadget and more like a genuinely practical and compelling flagship smartphone. Design and Displays: The Game-Changers The most striking improvement is the design. The Z Fold 7 is remarkably thinner and lighter than its predecessors, making it feel much more like a regular phone in your pocket when folded. The wider front screen is a massive upgrade, finally providing a comfortable and usable aspect ratio for everyday tasks like texting and browsing without needing to open the device. When you do unfold it, you're greeted with an absolutely stunning 8-inch internal display—a fantastic canvas for multitasking, watching videos, and gaming. While a slight crease is still present, the overall experience of the screens is top-tier, with vibrant colors and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Performance and AI: Powerful and Smart Powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and up to 16GB of RAM, the Z Fold 7 delivers blazing-fast performance. Apps launch instantly, and the phone handles intensive multitasking with ease, allowing you to run multiple apps side-by-side without any noticeable slowdown. A key new feature is the deeper integration of Galaxy AI, which feels intuitive and genuinely useful, from real-time translation to advanced photo editing. Cameras: A Big Step Up Samsung has made a significant investment in the camera system, and it shows. The Z Fold 7 features a powerful 200MP main camera, a clear improvement that delivers sharp, detailed, and vibrant photos. While the optical zoom is limited to 3x, the overall camera experience is on par with what you'd expect from a premium flagship. It's a noticeable step forward from previous generations. The Verdict The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is a landmark device that finally feels like the "holy grail" of foldable phones. Its a huge step forward in design and usability, finally addressing the biggest complaints of previous models. While it's still a luxury product with a high price tag (starting around $1,999) and lacks S-Pen support, the Fold 7's combination of cutting-edge design, powerful performance, and a superb camera system makes it the best folding phone on the market today. If you're willing to pay the premium, this is the first foldable that truly feels worth the investment.

Honestly moving from Fold 4 to Fold 7, this is such a huge technology leap. Phone just feels so thin that you would want thin cases just to give you grip to open the fold. While it being so thin, phone feels sturdy and very powerful. I also don't feel the same heating issue that I had with the 4. I love this phone

Absolutely perfect for movie watching and note taking with the S pen. Phone fits slim in pockets. The crease with the two screens is near invisible when looking straight towards the phone, however, the hinge is a bit noticeable at angles. Overall, happy with this purchase.

Omg this is better than the 6. Yes i upgraded. Its sleek and so much easier to hold in your hand. I didnt mind the bigger size because its more screen when you open it. Love it.

First, I hate the AI in Samsung it always flags me as inappropriate. Just like this post! Ugh, I have the iPhone 16 Pro Max but find I don't use it but 25% of the time. The only reason I still use the iPhone is because I'm locked into the ecosystem (iMessage and FaceTime). Plus, Apple's operating system is better, hands down. Samsung is close, but that doesn't work in the business or real world. Now as far as the design, Samsung is light years ahead in design. I don't know what happened to Apple. I would fire the design team and hire people willing to go to the edge of design. I believe Apple will be the next BlackBerry unless they quit playing it safe.

Great upgrade form z fold 4 even with a case on it its still way lighter and thinner. Love the inner screen and cameras.

I absolutely loved the device for as long as I had it unfortunately it was stolen from me, but I will tell you this get the insurance because they are sending me a new device. I got all the insurance I could get on it and it was worth it. I am so shocked and I’m so done with Apple. Apple wouldn’t do anything even close to what Samsung is doing in Best Buy, etc.. but I am so done with Apple Samsung. Keep up the great work. I am so proud of you and I’m so excited to use your devices again.

The large display option and slim-fit profile were the most important factors in this purchase. It performs well even with multiple apps running, and the battery life seems reasonable based on usage. Camera quality seems fine for my needs.

Best Samsung phone ive had so far. Easy to multitasking on it.

It's great that the capacity is generous and the wide internal display can be used at any time. It is also light in weight, so it is not inconvenient to carry around. It's a phone I want to use for a long time as long as it doesn't break down.

Very awesome phone! I love how you can stream line between front screen to inside screen.

Best phone I've ever had. The fold functionality is great for multitasking, watching shows/movies, and is multifaceted.

Very good super excellent and you have a good time to

This is what the product said. I recommend very good quality.

Great phone, easy to use, very convenient. Not that heavy compared to older phones.

I love all the new feature and storage space. It is user friendly and easy to read.
