Customer Ratings & Reviews

What i like is the camera and the camera features it comes with. And the battery is long lasting. The screen size is everything.

Great phone! I have not upgraded since 2020 with the note 20. I have been throwing around the idea of getting a new phone and tablet and was able to get both in one. I wasnt sure if the area were it folds would bother me but when watching content it is unnoticeable. Great srceen, Battery life and better speakers than a standard phone. Also love the camera, I do not take many photos but it was nice to see the jump in quality. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7, and I’m absolutely impressed—especially with its big screen. The expansive display transforms the way I use my phone. Whether I’m reading, multitasking, or watching videos, the large foldable screen makes everything more immersive and comfortable. It feels like carrying a small tablet in my pocket, yet it folds neatly into a compact phone. The quality of the screen is outstanding—bright, sharp, and smooth. It’s perfect for work, presentations, and even grading papers or reviewing documents on the go. The multitasking features are seamless, letting me open multiple apps side by side without any slowdown. Overall, the Galaxy Fold 7 delivers the best of both worlds: portability and productivity. It’s a premium device that truly showcases how far smartphone innovation has come. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and the big screen is the main reason—it makes everything I do feel easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

Awesome phone. So much better than the 6. Huuuuge screen and plenty of memory. Wonderful camera.

I have had multiple Samsung devices and by far this fold 7 is the best phone as a foldable by far I still have my s24 ultra which the camera quality video quality is better than the fold 7 but yet this device is slimmer slicker and better Samsung will improve their quality but the innovation of this device is amazing I'd highly recommend people to buy this device give it a try. One thing the battery may be smaller than other foldable devices but for me has lasted almost all day and I'm a heavy user but again people will be different

Really please with my purchase. The Zfold7 offers a larger screen size for reviewing document seemlessly when needed. Intuitive from a learning curve standpoint. Just used it on a business trip and my customers were impressed when showing documents. On the trip home, I used the phone to watch USA hockey in the Olympics on the plane. The people on the seat row watched the game with me. Still learning about all the functions but this is fantastic

Good Phone to play games and great camera for selfies, I love my new Fold 7.

I absolutely LOVE my galaxy Z fold 7! I wish it came with its own stylus! From videos I've seen online it can withstand a LOT of damage done to it so that is very relieving to have in a phone. It is a vedy pricey phone but if you have the funds totally worth it! Shoutout to Anthony at the Burnsville location who told me about the best buy credit card and made it possible for me to get one! Some of the pictures I have down below are ones I took with the Camera! The selfie camera is a solid 8/10. Definitely fantastic but a bit grainy until you actually save it and it becomes much cleaner, at that point its a 10/10.

Excellent purchase because I don’t need to use my reading glasses. I would’ve liked to have had the discount of $350.00 because I also purchased $300.00+ for blue tooth’s. Thank you

"The wider and cleaner screen, and above all its light weight, seem to be the biggest advantages. However, the absence of the S Pen feels a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else seems fine."

Its so slim, it always surprises me that I can have an instant mini tablet on the go. The screen on the inside is more durable than the previous fold, but still soft. I recommend Best Buy's warrenty service for any accidents.

Switched to Samsung fold after being with iphones for the last 10 years. Everything is different in the best way possible. From the UI, the design, the ability to multitasking, customization and so much more. If anyone is thinking about switching or is just bored of apple I can't recommend this phone enough. Just do it.

This is easily the best phone I’ve ever owned! All of the multi-tasking you can do at once and the battery lasts all day they work etc. there was complaints about battery life but I haven’t had an issue and I use and play games all day! If you are debating getting this phone, STOP the thoughts and JUST BUY IT you won’t be disappointed!!!

Partially fixes age related problems: expanded key board allows me to enter keystrokes with much greater accuracy, and easier to read all text items. But it's hard to hold onto and hard to open. Also annoyed ɓy excessive requirements to log in while using the device. Looking for options that i might use to limit this.

I switched from an iPhone 16 pro and I have ZERO regrets so far. Everything about this phone is so much better! The only thing I miss on my iPhone is FaceTime and I messages. There are work around though since you have the freedom of android!

I am very happy with my new Galaxy Z Fold 7 device. I am already buying 2 generations at Best Buy and the attention is excellent and all the high-end devices they sell are impressive. Best Buy is my favorite store.

I love this phone! It’s like having a tablet and phone in one. I have used apple for the longest but Samsung pulled me back in.

Best of the best bought open box fair without a box and it costed only 1250 wow. Deal. Thanksbest buy and the phone is very good.

Excelent phone nothing wrong with the fold people says that the.phone is not going to work for.long times

A beautiful phone, being with the iPhone ecosystem for almost 10 years so I switch to to fold 7 and I don't regret it at all.
