I like this phone because it has a bigger screen. I used the Zfold 6 and now this one. It's thinner and the battery lasts longer.

I had the first iPhone and As a long-time smartphone enthusiast who has owned early iPhones, the Pixel Fold 8 and 9, and almost every Galaxy Fold generation (Fold 2, Fold 3, Fold 4, Fold 7), I can confidently say the Galaxy Z Fold 8 is the pinnacle of folding phones. The new wider cover display completely transforms everyday usability. Looking back, the narrow cover screens on earlier Galaxy Folds felt cramped, but this wider form factor feels natural to type on and use single-handed. And I actually do like fitting 3 apps at once. It's also refreshing to have a smaller phone. It's just perfect. The outer screen works as a small, light phone. The inner works in landscape for media or multitasking and on portrait as a large iPad like vertical display. And it's powerful enough to power my Xreal glasses or DeX when I need to work.

Battery life is better than my previous iphone 16 pro, it last more than 24 hrs. I dont feel the need to bring my ipad as it looks like an ipad when unfolded, good to have specially when reading books.
