I am impressed with the quality and speed of the phone. I watched some YouTube videos and learned many settings to change and many impressive features of the phone. I love that there is no visible fold and the many ways to have more than one screen open at the same time. I like the way you can link 2 app together and open them at the same time. This becomes very handy when you have 2 factor authorization. The picture quality if great and is amazing what you can do with pictures. I was very impressed with the people at Best Buy. They were very professional and friendly. There was a little computer issue at first but the people were patient and and a couple of phone calls got the issue addressed. The price was a little high but the promo did help. I am using the phone for personal and business purposes. I feel really good with having a Samsung Fold phone. I highly recommend the Ultra.

So far so good love the phone but at times it can feel a bit bulky. Glad I canceled my order on Samsung.com and went to best buy. Got the phone one week earlier and they made sure everything was working before I left. From the geek squad techs to the sales reps in mobile, they did a great job and earned my business in the future. They took their time to make sure I was getting the best price available and even found another promotion to get me a $100 gift card.

I just wanted to upgrade before my phone was worthless for trade-in cred. Battery life is excellent, slightly wider and definitely thinner/lighter than the 5 i came from. no complaints

Nice phone Unique But camera quality not as good as my previous phone which is Samsung S23. I have checked all settings but picture are still kind of dark.
