Don't even think twice about this watch. Pls just get it. Everything about it is perfect. Good battery, beautiful design, easy to use.

So far, the watch is working great. It has no scratches or scuff marks, quick charging, and a charge lasts about 24 hours. It works perfectly with my Galaxy S10 smartphone. I have a skinny wrist and thought the 44mm would be too large, but nope. I did have to buy a different watchband; this one was too large and with not enough holes. Other than that, I am pleased.

The Samsung Galaxy Active2 Smartwatch is my 3rd smartwatch; the previous watches were Samsung GearFit2 Pro. This one offers so many more features and uses the same apps, so keeping my history while making the transition was so easy! (There are also MANY watch face apps that can be added to this watch, allowing you to change the watch face by the season, date, etc.) The 2 negative issues I had with this smartwatch were: 1) I did not like the silicone watch band that came with this, so I purchased a metal replacement band that works great! (Issue fixed) 2) After 3 months of use, I am having problems with a short in the charger after I accidentally knocked it off the table. (Issue not fixed) Side note: I ordered the larger size due to my vision. With the silicone band, the larger watch was not comfortable; however, IMHO, the metal band made wearing the larger watch so much easier and more comfortable. Outside of the short in the charger, I absolutely love this smartwatch!

Being that it was a refurbished product, I got what I paid for. The watch keeps freezing up. I am passed the date to return it. When it was working, it did just as expected.

My wife loves the watch but we purchased refurbished and it looked like it had never even been cleaned. The band was dirty and there were scratches all over the screen. We have purchased refurbished products before but this was horrible.

Do NOT purchase a refurbished anything from Best Buy!! I purchased this watch refurbished hoping to save a few dollars since newer galaxy active 2 watches aren't available. And boy was I mistaken. The watch I received was filthy and disgusting. It literally looked like someone wore the watch, worked all day, went to the gym, and then put it in a box and sent it to me. I completely understand what refurbished means, but to receive a product that appears to be used, is beyond disgusting and disappointing. I didn't even have a chance to enjoy the watch. Took it back to a local Best Buy and returned it.

Unfortunately, the refurbished Samsung Galaxy Watch did not work. I returned the watch to Best Buy with no problems. I then bought a new Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 5 and it works perfectly!

Great watch easy to use, very helpful in finding my phone. Tracking my fitness and keeping up with different time zones with family. The works great even when I am swimming. I can use up to 3 days before having to charge it.

This watch has stopped working. Got it just over 3 months and it just quit! If there is warranty with it you should get it. Or buy new this one was refurbished. Was really fun until it stopped.

Great product. Wish touch screen were more responsive, but is good. Tracks most anything. just needs a modern cover and wrist band. I got a 1 piece from Supcase. Plus a glass cover for the face. COMFORT HIGH AFTER CHANGING ORIGINAL BAND.

Strap and watch bezel has scratches and a lot of dirt at the bezel corners and in the holes of strap. Returned the item right away. Better to buy open box excellent rather than refurbished items from bestbuy.

I was a little hesitant buying a Geek Squad refurbished Active2 watch, but so far I am pleasantly surprised with the purchase. The watch seems to be working fine, free of any scratches or scuffs, holds a charge for more than a day, and paired with my phone with no problem. The item did not come in the original box, it came in a plain brown cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap, so if I had any complaints, that would be the only one.

Bought this watch for my wife and she loves it. The display is beautiful and it just works. Also has most of the features of my Apple Watch for a lot less

Efficient, easy to use, looks good on your wrist. Great way to keep track your physical activities.

This watch has a good battery life and lasts a day of use. The excercise features are good along with the pulse. Best buy refurbished products are good quality.

Purchased my Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch refurbished trying to save a buck. Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best, My watch arrived in a plain box with a charger that didn't work. And no claps on the bands to hold watch on my wrist, No to mention the watch was not formatted for new user. So obviously I had to take the watch back, But the funny thing was Best Buy had a sale on for a "Brand New" watch at The same exact price. So for me this particular refurbished watch didn't work out. But I'm loving my Brand New One....
