First smart watch I ever got and I can never go back... This pro works perfect and excedes my expectations!!!!

The price is perfect working perfectly deals I love it.

I wanted a smartwatch that could do most of the health tracking, was durable and had a good battery life. This offered all those things at a good price. Minor scuffs on the bezel but otherwise in good condition, the titanium color doesn't show the scuffs easy so they're not an eyesore. Didn't expect it to be fast like the newer ones (Watch7 and later) but it is still smooth and functions as it did at launch.

I bought the refurbished Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, and honestly exceeded my expectations. The watch arrived in very good condition and works perfectly. The battery lasts quite a lot, the design is tough and the health and sports functions are very complete. For the price on sale, it was an excellent purchase. I give him one star just because he wasn't coming completely new, but I still highly recommend him.

I received a refurbished watch and am very pleased with the condition. Mine was like new. I am coming from a Garmin, so the battery life is a step down for me, but it is in line with my expectations. It will last 3-4 days between charges, though I often charge it for shorter periods while taking a shower etc., which reduces the frequency of longer charges to a week. The watch is a little thick to accommodate the bigger battery, but not so much that it bothers me. I use the watch to track my runs and get similar results to what the Garmin gave me. I think the Garmin App is easier to use than Samsungs Apps. That would be my biggest nit to pick so far. I didn't like the clasp band that came with the watch because it would not allow the watch to lie flat on a surface, say a wireless recharging surface, so I got an inexpensive band that would. But I always charge with the charger that came with the watch anyway, and kind of miss the clasp band, so I may switch back. For the price, I am pleased with the condition and performance.

Pd 70.00 for refurbished watch. Light weight titanium. I am happy with my purchase.use it mostly to keep track of my sleep, heart rate, oxygen levels. Also nice to switch watch faces. Only reason for 4 stars...nothing is perfect

I ordered a geek squad certified refurbished product. Although it was not in original packaging, the custom packaging was protective and well padded. Watch has a few minor scratches on bezels but in a perfect working conditions. Very satisfied with the product and would recommend buying geek squad certified refurbished product.

I love it. For the price refurbished is the way to go.

The watch was great upon arrival and first month of use! Having some issues with it now but hopefully GeekSquad will be able to remedy without too much downtime!

It works. The watch band is not the same from the picture. The band is average, not the best. Best but would not offer solution.

Initally i taught this geek certificated refurbished would be better than third party phone seller etc. But what? Battery health very bad! Crazy laggy watch (I'm thinking some one installed wrong/non original firmware in it. Not able to downlaod offline maps. Doesn't matter what I did no smooth experience. It was literally torture waiting during reboot. My current gw3 was even better than this. I am not thinking it is about general galaxy watch 5 pro, something was wrong with this particular watch. I am thinking geek team just reset / hard reset the watch and re-pack and ok ready to sell !! I had been testing watch until last day of the returning and what? One of weird staff telling me "it is last day for returning"? What does mean last day by telling me this? LoL. Last day means last day for returning. Weird.

Excellent watch very sturdy has everything i need in a smartwatch. Easy to setup and a great deal on price.
