The sound and bass has improved alot! I had the mxst40b. I love the design and the light effects. Its not to heavy to move around on the daily. I 100% recommend everyone should have this amazing speaker. Be your own DJ!!

Great for my 3 car garage. I haven't fully tested the battery life as I have only had it run on battery for about an hour (with no issues). Bass boost works - but a little unnecessary. Played three genres of music Rock, rap, and edm. All seemed balanced and clear. Though I have heard speakers with more treble/hi percussion - those are double the price so I'm happy with this.

Got this on a great deal. Packs a punch and is great for workouts and listening to music in the pool. I was surprised at the big sounds for a mid sized speaker. Can connect several speakers together to create a better experience. I like to connect my microphone and annoy my wife on karaoke night.

Does not have roller wheels, feels heavy and wont move. You need to lift, which kinda limits usage

Here are some tips to improve your sound towers audio performance.
For even more bass, press the BASS button on the remote or the unit itself.
If you press the SOUND MODE button on the remote control you will cycle through the different predefined equalizer settings: PARTY, STANDARD, HIPHOP, EDM, ROCK, LATIN, HOUSE, or REGGAE, in that order.
The default mode is PARTY, if you are wanting to go back to default easily, when the Sound Tower is turned OFF, press, and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button for more than 5 seconds.
