The bass sounds much fuller out of this than the JBL or Sony at the same price point. However I could do without the sound effects knob that you can't disable. I don't know how this became a feature on all of these party speakers but it's silly and personally not wanted. Sorry to be a hater of whimsy, but even if you wanted to use that feature, it feels like an afterthought. The sound effect controls are half-baked without the app, pointlessly assigned it to a volume-style knob that scrolls through a list of 12 generic sound effects. I think they just wanted it to look symmetrical. Great audio regardless.

Amazing sound clarity and bass. Great power, almost as good as a full on Bose car system for a quarter of the price. Wheels, handle, and grip on bottom make it easy to transport around. Also can transport around in a trunk or strapped into the rear seats with ease. Lights and beat sync work pretty cool. App works okay, could probably be a lot better but it gets the job done. Seems to also be optimized toward being plugged into a wall as that’s the only way to get its full power aka full bass (240 watts vs only 90 watts when not plugged in) and to be able to have it turn on via Bluetooth. Seems counterintuitive… other than that amazing product very happy.

Plenty of power, great party noises, light enough to be easily mobile. Great highs and lows with plenty of base. Great for all music types. Puts a smile on your face every time you turn it on.

[Employee of bestbuy] I got one of these as I had been wanting a good party speaker for when me and the family are out on the patio. Got it unboxed and charged up like the instructions say to do. What can I say. It sounds awesome!! The battery lasts a long time as well. The lighting effects are awesome too. My son loves all the lights and effects. We loved this speaker so much we ended up getting another one so we could really unlock the potential these speakers have. Lets just say these in stero really have some sound. Good amount of bass and good clarity. Good loud sound, good amount of battery, and awesome lights. If want a good party speaker you really cant go wrong with one or two of these!

The sound is powerful and clear, and the built-in battery makes it easy to use anywhere. It's great for gatherings, outdoor activities, or just enjoying music at home. Excellent value for the price!

The Samsung Sound Tower is genuinely a great speaker with impressive volume and awesome lighting effects. The build feels solid, the sound is crisp, and it easily fills a room or backyard. If you’re looking for a fun, powerful party speaker, it definitely gets the job done. That said, I ultimately decided to return it and go with the JBL 720 instead. For about $200 more, the JBL’s sound—especially the bass—was noticeably superior. The JBLs are also currently marked down by about $300, so spending a little extra for the upgrade just made sense. My only real complaint about the Sound Tower was the app. It never seemed to connect properly and was constantly “searching” for the speaker, which got frustrating. Aside from that, the speaker itself was awesome and I’d still recommend it to anyone who doesn’t need the deeper bass or the app features.

The sound is very good and the battery is good the thing is when you used only battery lose power

It has great sound weather close or far away. Kid like the light display as it goes with the beat of the music.

Samsung st50 has amazing features and sound. I have multiple brands of speakers for parties and karaoke, by far, this is at the top. My opinion, if you close your eyes and compare the clarity and sound with the high end speakers, you will not be able to pick out which speaker is which. For the price, you can not go wrong. I’ve paid double the price for other brand speakers with less features! Get this speaker, you will not regret your decision.

This thing has power! I used it for rehearsals at a medium sized theatre, and it was more than enough to fill the room with rich sound!

Sounds pretty good overall, really good bass as well.
