the phone was working OK until 7 months later when it was disconnected I called my phone carrier and they told me that the phone is being reported as a stolen phone so, my first thing to do was went to BEST BUY store where I bought it and they were very rude just tolling me that there’s nothing they can do about it and give me a copy of my purchase receipt, and that I need to contact the company Verizon because they are the ones who blocked it and have it reported as a stolen device so, I went to Verizon store in Ventura and they said to me … no we don’t have nothing to do about it I give them the IMER number from the phone and they couldn’t find anything else actually they said is not in their system so, go back with BEST BUY they have to told you how do they get the phone and BLA, BLA, BLA THEY BOTH COMPANIES JUST PASSING THE BALL FROM 1 to ANOTHER ONE SO, I can’t activate my phone SO, I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND TO BUY A USE PHONE AT BEST BUY ITS THE WORSE THING

Completely misrepresented tried returning was attacked by security guards and treated like trash management did NOT intervene in fact made situation worse. Call and formally filed a complaint. NEVER HEARD BACK. Had to buy another phone and will urge anybody I know not to support such lack of customer service and profiling.

The phone looked brand new and it worked alright for about a week then it really started to slow down and would freeze and shut down unexpectedly even though there was plenty of storage left then about 2 to 3 weeks the phone would say it was charging but wouldnt show a percentage and wouldnt turn on it hasnt worked since

This is an ok budget smart phone that does what it needs to, but bare in mind that you get what you pay for. I got it pre-owned in excellent condition for about $90 to use as a cheap temporary phone while my original phone was getting fixed. I would suggest this phone only if you just need something cheap to use temporarily or if you don't use a lot of resource intensive apps. That said, if you just can't afford anything over $100 and need a phone, there's worse choices than this one. I gave it 3 stars Good: .it adequately performs all the basic features you'd expect from an android smart phone. .has an actual phsyical sim card slot instead of e-sim nonsense. .also has a headphone jack. Bad: .2GB RAM is awful. These days, you need 4GB absolute bare minimum. Can handle running one resource intensive app. Starts to hiccup a bit at two resource intensive apps, but is still usable. Really becomes a pain if you're trying to run any more than that at a time. .battery life could be better and drains fast if you use resource intensive apps. .only 32GB internal storage Other notes: .I don't really care about high-tech display and camera quality, as both in this phone seem fine to me, but if you're looking for something fancy, this probably isn't it. .it doesn't have nfc chip or finger print capabilities if that matters to you .like most modern phones, you can't easily open up the back to change the battery, but that should be expected I suppose. .its cell and mobile data signal is occasionally a tiny bit spotty, but not enough to really negatively effect usability for typical usage. .i wished it was a bit bigger. the keyboard was annoying to type with sometimes, but this may not be an issue for you if your hands are smaller. That said, I didn't bother to get a case for it since I was only using it temporarily, so it might feel less tiny with a chunky case.

This phone is strictly for basic tasks. If you just need something for simple texting, calls, or light browsing, it gets the job done at a low price point. However, be aware that the performance is noticeably sluggish. It struggles with multitasking, apps can be slow to open, and I’ve experienced some freezing issues that require closing apps frequently. Don't expect it to handle intensive gaming or heavy daily use smoothly. It’s an okay spare or starter phone

I needed a temporary phone and this did the job. Great recommendation from the staff. It isn't exactly powerful or anything but I could do all my daily needs without an issue and it was in good condition despite being pre-owned.

The description for this phone shows it works with verizon. Does not work with normal service, it may work with prepaid but your better off taking whatever phone verizon will offer when setting up prepaid service as it will lilely be equal or better quality than this device.

If my service provider supported this model then it would have been a match made in cellular heaven but unfortunately it wasn't supported so I had to return it but other than that it was great...

Good phone for someone on a budget. A little slow but does what i needed it to do.

I purchased this used open box item to use outside the country; so far it is working great and hope to be able to use it as long as I can.

The camera is worse than that on my 7 y/o iphone. It can't respond to individual text bubbles. You can't see what text your friends are responding to. It takes 20 seconds to open even the most basic app. I have to call a 1-803 # to hear my voicemail. It doesn't support the app for my baby monitor.It can't scan qr codes, or use tap at a register. Even the phone function is spotty and unreliable. Basically unusable.

Looks and works great. For the price and features, it’s worth the purchase.

It showed up and looked brand new not a scratch on it. It was shipped in a way that nothing was going to happen to it. We bought it to use it as a replacement for our landline for our business.

This device is fine to work, battery life is good, is a good android phone.

I bought this for my 8 year old. Its perfect for her. Nothing fancy and not expensive. Works perfect.

They phone has one down side and the only thing is that the screen is TOOO SMALL!!!

It works perfectly, I'm happy with the purchase. I haven't had any problems, it arrived on time, protected in its box and in excellent condition.

Decent phone kinda slow but over all good quality.

Product in good working condition, just as it was described I will it buy again.
