A: I have this phone and went to Jordan and Israel. I was able to purchase a plan for the amount of time I was there from my cell carrier. It worked most of the time. Sometimes I had to use the hotel wifi and call out using Facebook messenger.
Q: Is this phone unlocked to use in any country like Haiti ??? Any carrier?
A: Yes, just talk to your cell carrier about the world calling plan. There may be other options as well depending on your carrier. I did this and whatever I did not use on the plan was prorated.
