Great phone, excellent condition - Pickup time needs improvement I purchased the Refurbished S23 Ultra in Excellent Condition and I am very happy with it. The phone is in excellent condition, just as advertised, looks almost brand new. The camera quality has been great so far. It came in a generic box, which is expected for a refurbished item, and included the S Pen and a USB-C cable (no charger). My only complaint is about the pickup time. The listing said "Ready for pickup in 1 hour" but it took almost 24 hours to get the confirmation that my order was ready for pickup in store. That promise was not accurate, at least in my experience, and it's something Best Buy should improve. Overall, great product.

I purchased this phone, and it was advertised as pre-owned, but there was no mention that the phone had previously been opened, repaired, or had an issue with the screen. I bought it as a gift for my sister, so I didn't immediately check every detail. Once we started using it, we discovered several problems. The screen is not original, and the phone clearly appears to have been opened before. The issue became especially noticeable when trying to take selfies. The front camera revealed problems that made it clear the phone had likely been opened and repaired previously. If a pre-owned phone has had its screen replaced or has been opened/repaired, this information should be clearly disclosed in the product description before purchase. I would not have bought this phone if I had known about these issues beforehand. This was a very disappointing purchase, especially since it was intended as a gift. I would like the seller to take responsibility and provide a refund or an appropriate solution.

I bought this for a friend who desperately needed a new phone as his current one was giving him all kinds of headaches. I went and did my research and most of the reviewers said that even though this is a 3 year old product, it is still pretty relevant in today's standards. So far, all I've heard from him is nothing but new features he's found on this phone and he is really enjoying everything about it and he can't thank me enough for gifting him this phone. Heck, I may even get one myself when it's time for me to upgrade.

Overall great buy. The phone is in very good condition i.e. no visible scratches and no chips on the paint. The phone is also very responsive and is working very well. Will definitely purchase another phone through Best Buy!

Perfect! I dropped my S20 in the pool on Spring Break and needed a phone quickly. I don't need the latest and greatest so this worked just fine.

Being a customer with Best Buy makes life easier. Just walk in,select your item, get the paperwork done and walk out! Do your payments later... awesome. The phone is awesome.

The phone screen stopped working a week and a half after I bought it. There was no damage to the phone, and I was provided very minimal unrealistic options as to getting it resolved. I took it back to the store they said they could not fix or exchange for a comparable device. They said it would take 3-5 business days to refund the phone the another 3 to 5 for me to pick another phone off of the website. I had to pay 350 to get the screen fixed on top of payin 470 for the phone. I am very disappointed in this experience.

Good phone is not damaged or anything battery holds up perfect Iwould definitely recommend this to someone looking for something nice and in a budget

Phone looks and performs great. I upgraded from an S22 and I think this one works even better for me.

Phone worked great for the 1st week. Then I tried to take a photo on .5 instead of 1 & it blurred. Will not take pictures unless in a zoom setting. Now 3weeks later my screen goes black. I still have sound if watching or listening to something but screen goes black.

The phone itself was good but the battery drained within a few hours of use.
