Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Samsung HW-QS750F 5.1.2 Soundbar System is an extraordinary piece of audio engineering that goes beyond simply amplifying sound; it actively sculpts the sonic environment. It’s the closest one can get to a truly cinematic, multi-dimensional soundscape without the clutter of a full receiver setup. Immersive 5.1.2 Dimensionality The key to the Q750F's prowess is its dedicated 5.1.2 channel configuration. The two upward-firing channels, coupled with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, create an unparalleled sense of verticality and depth. Instead of sound washing over you, it feels like it’s originating from above and around you. This is where the magic happens: a rain shower sounds like it’s actually falling from the ceiling, and an airplane genuinely flies overhead. This immersive quality is crucial for a heightened artistic experience. Performance and Integration: Seamless Synergy The system delivers a rich, balanced audio profile. The dedicated wireless subwoofer provides deep, rumbling lows without ever becoming muddy or overpowering the dialogue. Mid-ranges are crisp, and high frequencies are clear and detailed. A major advantage for Samsung TV owners is Q-Symphony integration. By harmonizing the TV’s built-in speakers with the soundbar’s drivers, the system creates a massive, more articulate soundstage. Installation is remarkably simple, and its compact form factor belies the immense power it outputs. Verdict: A Sonic Masterpiece For those who treat their living room as a high-fidelity gallery, the Samsung HW-QS750F 5.1.2 is a necessary upgrade. It doesn't just improve volume; it fundamentally improves the fidelity, directionality, and emotional impact of everything you watch and play. It is a premium product that delivers on its promise of an authentic, multidimensional audio experience, making it an excellent investment for true entertainment connoisseurs.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with the Samsung QS750F soundbar. The surround sound creates an immersive experience that makes movies, TV shows, and games feel much more realistic. The audio fills the room beautifully, and the rear speakers add excellent depth and direction, making you feel like you’re in the middle of the action. One of the standout features is the crystal-clear dialogue. Voices remain crisp and easy to understand, even during loud action scenes, while the sound effects stay detailed and well-balanced. The subwoofer delivers deep, powerful bass without overpowering the rest of the audio, giving explosions, music, and cinematic moments real impact. Overall, the Samsung QS750F offers outstanding sound quality with wide, immersive surround sound, clear vocals, and rich bass. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home theater experience without spending a fortune. Highly recommended!

That sounds quality on this is amazing really good for music and movies also great bass

Very easy to install and it is user friendly. I recommend this to everyone wants to enjoy quality sound.

Absolutely amazing sound. Completely surpassed the audio quality of my Vizio surround sound system. 100% satisfied with my purchase

Great surround sound for starters, this is my first one and I really like it

The service was excellent. The sound fills the room. We love it!

Bought this as an open-box, and the product itself is great. However, considering I paid extra for an "excellent" condition item, I was disappointed that I found scratches on it (the most obvious being on subwoofer, see photo), and it (and the box it came in) was also full of pet hair, pet dander and dust (unfortunately, no photos, as I had to panic vacuum and wipe down everything and immediately throw out the box). Considering our family has asthma, we had breathing issues after opening the box. So, I think we got ripped off. Only a week or so later, an "excellent" identical product was suddenly $50 cheaper, and Best Buy customer service couldn't help me price match, telling me I'd have to return the product and buy the other one instead. I was far too busy to start doing that, hence why I'm rating this item down. I'm also recommending this product, but I'm not recommending buying "excellent" condition items from Best Buy, since they clearly don't honor it.

Easy set-up and the sound quality is amazing. The speakers look nice too.

Great unit!! I am very pleased with the sound.Foe the money pay for this model, you can't go wrong!

Awesome sound quality. Took some time to set up the Q Symphony with Apple TV.

I really enjoy the sound quality especially the q-symphony feature as i have samsung oled tv. Dolby/srs/adaptive mode generates really nice sound control and uplifts the surrounding with crips audio. However, sometimes q-symphony mode gets switched off automatically if i pause the video for 10-15 minz but it turns back on in couple of seconds after resuming the video. It is also not the loudest of the soundbars but rear speakers make it up for it. This sound bar pairs really well with smart things app and that allows me to readjust the channel volumes, eq and updating the software. An other thing i dont like about the soundbar is not having a led display (this is subjective). Overall its a decent sound bar for the holiday sale or discount prices. One more thing i wanna mention here to help other customers, use earc hdmi to enjoy q-symphony and once u have everything synced use only your tv remote for both of the devices as the soundbar will turn on along with the tv. Using soundbar without tv could turn off q-symphony mode and u’ll have to turn it on in the settings.

So I purchased this in-store open box without any previous knowledge of it or the complete package. The bar and subwoofer are excellent; easy to mount, to use, and to connect to all my devices. It also give a great all around sound that fills the room. However, I just found that I was was not sold or told that the two rear speakers were supposed to be sold with the soundbar; so i am missing the full experience of the sound.

Sound is great! Set up was super easy, as was mounting the sound bar and rear speakers. Beware that rear speakers connect to each other using speaker wire and both require an electrical outlet nearby. On the plus side they connect to the main sound bar wirelessly. Luckily this configuration worked ok for me. The whole system works great so far and integrated seamlessly with my Samsung TV.

The soundbar provides clear, rich sound with immersive audio quality, and the addition of the subwoofer really brings depth to movies and music. The rear speakers create a true surround sound experience, which is a game-changer for movie nights. Setup is straightforward, and the sleek, modern design blends well with any home décor. Whether you're watching action-packed films, gaming, or listening to music, the sound quality is incredible and adds a new dimension to your content. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to elevate their audio experience!

This was my second attempt at a soundbar to replace my old receiver/speaker setup. I tried the Sony Theater Bar 7, which only hat the soundbar and the subwoofer. No matter what I did, I had trouble hearing the dialogue. I returned it and got this one. For the same price as that Sony, I got the soundbar, sub, AND the rear speakers. What a difference! The addition of the rear speakers plus the ability to adjust the level of each channel individually made all the difference in the world. System was easy to set up and the app is easy to use. The one downside I have experienced so far is that because I don’t have a Samsung TV, the volume level does not display on the screen. I know some of Samsung’s higher end soundbars have a display on the soundbar, but this one doesn’t. If you want to see the volume level, you have to see it in the app. Not a huge deal for me. I just turn it up until it is as loud as I want it to be, or turn it down when I want it quieter. Overall, I’m happy with it because it sounds great!

This is a great sound system with crystal clear sound with no delay. The intelligent features help make setup a breeze. I would recommend this system to anyone.

This soundbar exceeded my expectations with immersive 5.1.2 channel audio. The subwoofer and rear speakers deliver deep bass and surround sound, making movies and music come alive. Setup was straightforward, and the Titan Black design looks sleek. Highly recommend.

To be fully transparent, i purchased this off of the open-box return rack. It was listed as excellent condition, which by definition on their website, means it should come with everything. I had to buy speaker wire for the rear speakers, 2 power cables in store and 1 online, and have no remote. Reading reviews online this is super common for the open box of this particular model which is quiet odd. However annoying it was, I was able to spend the additional 50 bucks or so to make it fully functional and it was still several hundred bucks cheaper than the new model and sounds amazing. I love how easy it is to stream music from my phone to it as well which wasnt a feature i was even looking for but sure makes cleaning the house more entertaining. Bestbuy, stop calling things excellent condition that aren't complete OR in excellent condition. Store wouldn't comp me cables or wires and didnt even sell the power supply for the rear speakers which i had to order from amazon for like 15 bucks. I bought in store so i knew what i was getting in to but i pity anyone buying this open box ONLINE.

I chose this Samsung product based on its excellent reviews, good match with our 50" Samsung TV, and because the soundbar fits our custom oak entertaiment center with a mere 1/8th inch on either side. The performance is excellent and the subwoofer more than adequate. We are very pleased with this purchase from BB and highly recommend it for quality and value.
