Tv is great and worth it overall but just dont buy from bestbuy… i wasnt aware the tv i bought was refurbished til i saw one of the reviews and went ahead and checked myself. Nowhere on the product site it says that the tv is refurbished until i checked it on my purchases..

After spending 1600 dollars on a TV stating new in the item description, the previous purchase tab shows i bought a refurbished TV? Completely unprofessional and wrong to do to customers. Will be speaking to support to make this right.

Wheb i bought the s90c 65" it never said anything about it being refurbished. However, my order page shows it's a refurbished item. Absolutely wild they bait and switch like that.

Ordered this tv and they cancelled delivery 11pm the night before. They tried to replace it with a refurbished version without asking, and support is an insulting joke. They actually tried to sell me on some membership while they’ve been holding my money for a month now. Never ordering from Best Buy again.

Selling an as new now going back after seeing some visual glitches. Theyve changed it to “refurbished” when i purchased this tv 6 months ago that was not the case.

I got it on sale, I mean the lowest I’ve ever seen it… wanted to get the newer S90D but chose this because of the sale price. Colors, pictures and sound… gorgeous!
