Was not actually an Unlocked phone

This was advertised as Unlocked but it was actually tied to a carrier that we do not use. It was essentially unusable, and Best Buy support said it would be far easier to return & replace than to try to get it unlocked through the 3rd party. Unfortunate because the device shipped quickly and looked to be in excellent condition.
