I received the phone in excellent condition. I've been using it for a few weeks and the battery is in perfect condition; it has really surprised me. Everything works perfectly.

What an excellent phone ive just bought this a second time in 2 years. Great display super fast navigation long all day battery does everything i throw at it. Just as good as the s25 i believe goes great with a ringke phone case from amazon . For the price its perfect!

Worked perfectly right out the box. Very pleased with condition, how well it works, etc. One clarification: i use my phones for calls, txts, pics, and a handful of day to day apps. I dont game on it. Dunno how it would perform with those.

I gave five stars for the customer service because the support was excellent. However, the phone’s quality is disappointing. It has unusually strong vibration during normal use, and gets very hot while charging, which is concerning.

Phone works perfectly. While not exactly what i would consider "excellent " condition (small nicks around edge of case, minute scratches on back) I use an Otterbox so these aren't visible. Pleased with my purchase.

This is the first time I have opted to purchase a refurb mobile device and It has been phenomenal. Do not shy away from this option to save money on devices that typically loose value like a vehical being driving off a car lot.

battery life is pretty good, lasts almost all day. camera quality is not thr best, rather disappointed with that. display is pretty good as well. runs smoothly and ive had no issues

The phone was delivered quickly. It was in brand new condition. I was able to easily transfer everything from my old S10 very easily. I've had the phone a couple of weeks and its so nice to have an up to date phone for half the price of a new one. This is my second refurbished phone from Best Buy.

the product is O.K, not as described by Best buy. Color around the frame of the phone was scraped off and does not disserve excellent rating by Best buy. It is a waste of my time returing and and ordering different product not knowing the exact condition.

Phone works great, setup was easy. Carrier settings adjusted automatically during setup.
