I bought this 2 TB card for my Ally Rog X (also purchased from BB) and was delivered a 128 GB Sandisk card. My local store tried to deny my exchange and treated me like a criminal when I returned the incorrect product. I wanted an exchange but the 2 TB was sold out both online and in-store. I emailed my local store's supervisor to tell them about my negative experience but no reply.. I escalated to corporate and they agreed that David should have simply accepted my exchange/return as it was the incorrect product. Corporate said they would honor my Black Friday price adjustment once the product goes back in-stock. Months pass by before the product was back in-stock. I called Roshan today and was informed that they can no longer price match because it's outside of the return/exchange window. Corporate never informed me that the product would have to be restocked within 15 days for the price to be honored. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication, poor quality control, and bad customer service as I've been a BB customer for years. Before this incident they were my storefront of choice for all electronics/warranties. [Summary of my negative store experience: I came into the store to exchange my SD card for the correct item, as I purchased it on sale and simply wanted the product that was advertised. The manager, David, refused the exchange, stating that Best Buy policy does not allow exchanges or returns if an item appears it may have been tampered with. I explained that I had not tampered with the product and that I had all original packaging and documentation. Despite this, he refused to process an exchange or a return and directed me to call Best Buy's customer service line instead. I called immediately from outside the store but found that the department is closed on Sundays. David asked that I show him the return policy myself, which added to the frustration of the situation. One of the listed return options explicitly states "Best Buy sent the wrong item", which accurately reflected my situation. He looked up something on his end and maintained that he could deny the exchange. When I asked to see the policy he was referring to, he declined to provide documentation, stating he would just honor it, adding "I don't want to keep arguing about this".]

Fast data access works perfectly with my Xbox ROG Ally X for games with large file sizes.

Got this for my steam deck to add more storage to it and it was soo worth it. Only problem i had was that it arrived pretty late but it was worth it when it arrived.

Works well. Always reliable storage space without user error issues lol
