[Employee of bestbuy] I know these are pretty cheap, but I'm still kinda disappointed with the product. I think I had the wrong idea when I ordered them expecting them to work well with my Klipsch RP-500M II bookshelf speakers. The tops of the stands are quite small, so, even though these speakers are the smallest Klipsch sells, I had to use some heavy duty two-sided adhesive tape to secure them to the tops. The "cable management" is weird plastic covers that are cheap and difficult to install. The hole for routing the cable is only big enough for very thin cable (solveavle with a power drill. Anyway, they hold the speakers up, but I think I may buy some weights to attach under the base to help with how top-heavy these are in this configuration. I'd say these can safely hold 5 lbs speakers at most. Actually, I think the description may be mismatched with the product upon further inspection.
