Q: This will fit either Era 100 or Era 300?
A: They come with 2 different mounting plate sets. One set each for both the 100’s and the 300’s. I used my stands for 300’s. The 300’s are too heavy for the extension so they slowly collapse down the the unextended height until I put a black zip tie on each extension to hold them at the height I wanted

A: Hi DAUNC, Great question! Sonos doesn’t currently offer speaker stands that reach 7–8 feet tall, and the SANUS Elite Speaker Stands you're looking at max out around 48 inches (4 feet). That’s ideal for ear-level listening, but not for taller mounting. If you're set on that height range, a wall or ceiling mount might be a better fit. We recommend checking out the SANUS WSWM Series – they’re universal, easy to install, and give you more placement flexibility for surround sound setups.
