Amazing game, loved Returnal And this one is also an amazing Arcade like shooting game (how I perceive it) the fact that your upgrades remain after each run make the game more fun and also respects your time as all the previous efforts don’t go to waste like it happed in Returnal. So Far amazing game, sound graphics, control. Just excellent.

I loved Returnal, this is no different, gameplay is great as well as the story and frustrations that come with playing a game like this, but it’s well worth it. Looks even better on the Pro model, definite must own.

Housemarque put out another banger in Saros. If you enjoyed Returnal you will enjoy this. If you did not, you may still enjoy this as there are a lot of interesting new systems added here to tweak the difficulty and overall gameplay. The added dance of having to block with the shield in addition to dodging is very satisfying. Story wise, this is an interesting cosmic horror type tale. Arjun is an interestingly written protagonist and the actor is awesome. I think I preferred the story of Returnal but this is is still pretty cool. Fantastic showcase of the PS5.

When this game is firing on all cylinders its amazing. The pace is decent but the story leaves alot to desire. Fans of the developers previous game Returnal will feel right at home, albeit for this games lack of difficulty at times. However difficulty can be customized by an in game risk/reward system called Carcosan modifiers. This game is relatively short about 10-15 hours. The game is mainly shortened because the rougelite nature of the game is downplayed because you can start at any level once you reach a checkpoint. I still recomend this game but milage will varry.

Great game, great development from the first. Improved on all aspects.
