Q: How much assembly is required ?
A: It does not include in the listings the required assembly, however this is easy to assemble.
Q: I would like to know if is necessary buy IFit to workout with this bike.
A: No additional purchases are necessary to exercise on this bike. It is Bluetooth compatible with the Schwinn app as well as Apple Health. The Schwinn app can also sync with My Fitness Pal.
Q: Does Best Buy deliver and assemble this bike?
A: Yes, for an extra fee, Best Buy will assemble the bike and deliver it. It can be assembled off-site and then delivered to your residence. Or another option is to have it delivered first and then have the Geek Squad assemble it at your residence. When placing the on-line order, select the delivery and assembly option you would prefer. The fees are listed along with the options. You will also have a place to detail your delivery request, i.e. which room to set it up in. We were pleased with the extra service provided and felt the charges were reasonable.
Q: How do I tighten the seat from spinning while riding on my 170
A: Hello Richard, You will need 2 wrench of same size and you can tighten it up. Make sure when you tighten up you keep it straight or ask someone to help holding it.
Q: Where can I get a bigger cushy seat for this?
A: Very good question. After much searching I thought I had found a place in Florida (I live in Oregon) that carries a cushier seat that would fit this bike. About a week after I ordered it they emailed me and said they were out of stock, had no idea when they would be getting more of them and they refunded my money. I was very disappointed but I will keep looking. If I can find one I will let Best Buy know and they can contact you.

A: It's amazingly light. Moving between rooms is easy as their are wheels on one end, so tilting it and moving it is very easy. Carrying it upstairs may require 2 people, not because of the weight, but it may be a bit bulky for one person. Otherwise, very easy to move.
Q: Is this comfortable for taller & shorter users? One is 5' tall, the other just over 6'.
A: It is comfortable for us, my husband is 6’ and I’m 5’2”.
