Unlike the garbage one I had before that kept locking in the open position, this one actually remains durable, and doesn't need to be tightened constantly... and didn't fall off... only reason it's not 5 stars is I do wish it could be longer, since I have to reach pretty far to access the phone. But that's partially just the fault of my car's design, there's literally nowhere else to put it.

The suction cup didn't hold well enough. It fell down after being mounted on a car window for a few hours. The lever to tighten the suction needs redesign as it snaps way too hard into place. I did try it a few times while mounting on glass surface. Very limited in arm angle articulation and much shorter telescoping range than I expected. There was no demo unit in store to try so I purchased it blindly. It’s still somewhat useful for my specific need, but there are better products out there for a bit more cost. Price was the main reason I purchased this. As usual you get what you pay for

When i first bought it i would havw given this a 2 star because no matter what i did i couldn't get it to stick to my car for more than a few mins maybe an hour. So it was falling and dropping my phone. No bueno. But randomly one day it just worked and i have had zero problems since.

Its ok, the base has too much flex and the cup its a bit shallow. If you mount on the windshield then it stays better but if you have any arch in your dash it will not hold for extended period of time.

FALL DOWN MANY TIMES AND IT DOSE NOT SAY ON THE WINDOW

Bought this for my 2012 impala before a road trip, works great and made having directions a lot easier

Not great in cold weather, other than that pretty good. Holds big phones pretty well.

would be 5 stars but at first I had issues with the suction cup coming off and my phone falling while driving!! once I adjusted the position of it I no longer had the issue and have been using for over a month with no issue. good buy.

a little hard to figure out the instructions, after having assistance I was able to mount. I like the extended feature.

Worthless product. Sticky pad doesn’t stay and the suctioning top part loses suction and falls constantly. I had to return it.

I had it for a while worked great fits most phones

When it would stay mounted on the windshield, it shook my phone and it was difficult to look at the navigation. Every day this thing fell off my windshield. If it fell off every night, it wouldnt be so bad because I could have reattach it before I started driving. Nope! It fell off while I'm driving! I used it for my business iPhone and navigation. It did me no good when it fell off my windshield while I was driving in an unfamiliar area and it fell on the passenger side floor. FYI, its a bad idea to reach for something on the passenger floor while your on the highway driving 65 mph and approaching an exit when you dont know if you're supposed to go north or south. After I realized it was too far out of reach, I pulled over and picked it up. When I remounted it, and looked at where I needed to go, I realized the exit I needed to take was on the left side of the off ramp and I had to cross 3 lanes of heavy traffic to get there. I ended up 25 minutes out of my way because I had to drive 10 miles in the wrong direction to the first exit, and get back on the highway going the other direction. After the third time it fell off, I threw it away. So much for hands free! If you do waste your money on this, make sure you keep ypur phone plugged in and tethered to the charger so you can retrieve it when it falls out of reach. Don't waste your money! Duct tape would work better than this junk!
