Great idea - crappy design. Do NOT buy

Wonderful idea - crappy design. And it would be so simple to have rectified if they just tested a prototype prior to launching for sale. I love the idea that it has dual application. My husband has one type of case and I have a pop socket. This concept should cover both. But the pop socket feature is crap! It barely extends to load the edge of the pop socket. As a result, I’m fighting to hold it open (underneath the phone) and apply enough pressure that I can slide the pop socket into the so very limited gap. The feature collapses constantly so that it only grabs one edge and as a result the entire attempt fails as I slide it down and it drops off the other side. A simple fix??? Just expand the extension of the opening on the pop socket feature. Crazy how little it would have taken. Do NOT buy this unless a revision comes out. It will frustrate the crap out of you.

Weak adhesive on metal plate

The adhesive on the metal plate that attaches to the back of your phone so that it can clip to the mount is incredibly weak and fell off after a week of use for me

Magnet and adheasive issue

I give it a 2 star because the mount does not stay long on dash due to heat making the stickiness come undone feom dash. And the sticky magnet that attaches to the back of the phone to hold it on the dash mount , came unglued from phone after a week. I did follow advise from the instructions to use hot water to rinse mount adheasive for re-applying to dash...that seemed to work. But the stick on magnet to back of phone never stays on.

Mf out the box wasn’t sticky but after heating the bottom sticky part up it worked fine. Most people don’t realize but the brain in your head can actually solve problems sometimes.

Loose Fit!

Well, unfortunately I had to return it. It seemed like it would have be a great product for my phone with a pop socket but when I placed my phone on it, my phone would turn sideways. It would never be straight up and down. But I think it had to do with my pop socket because my pop socket would turn anyway. So it could have been my socket or could be the holder itself. But again, unfortunately I had to return it. I was hoping for a better turnout. If your pop socket doesn’t turn/spin while just being on your phone then I’m sure this holder would work perfectly.

The phone holder is very versatile. You can attaching to your windshield, or the dash. Also, you can use a sock pop or the magnet to keep it in place.

This was exactly what I needed... but the suction would not hold to any location other then the window - there it worked great. It would not hold on the dash, door, center console... and I followed the video instructions exactly - rinse, wipe off, let it dry, and apply. Increase the suction capability and you will a great product.

Sticky adhesive not suction

I would like this a lot more if it had an actual suction cup and not some nasty adhesive on it. Also, the idea is there but having your phone hang on by the pop socket thing is really annoying because it’s constantly shaking and if I even touch my phone. It starts moving around. Not a fan.

Buying this is like throwing away money

I tried to unstick it once as soon as I installed it to try & slightly reposition it. Not enough sticky residue was left, so it's completely unusable. You have to position it perfectly right on the first attempt, and it will not work on textured surface at all. Had to throw it away the same day I bought it.
