I expected this heavy-duty strapping tape to be more reliable, but it was difficult to work with and did not hold as securely as I hoped. The roll is also fairly short for the price, so it ran out quickly. It may be adequate for light jobs, but I would not recommend it for demanding packaging or repairs. I returned the item for a refund
