I chose this portable hard drive because of the price and manufacture. Seagate is a famous manufacture in the hard drive. Moreover, it is reasonable price in Best Buy website. After I got it, I got great satisfaction with this product. It is really slim. The color is bright. It is very easy to use

Wonderful hard drive. Very easy to use and set up. The only issue is how long it takes to move bigger files. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours, but worth it.

I bought this to use between my laptop and PC. It was plug and play and took only a few seconds to be able to use it. Very lightweight. So glad I got this.

No complaints with performance. I have owned Seagate drives before and have always gotten my money's worth, so I expect the same reliability and performance I have had previously. The included back up software is kind of nice. If you allow it to, it will do very frequent back ups which is comforting I guess. I haven't completely decided on that yet, but that is optional.

Lightweight and holds lots of videos. This drive works well and is just the right size. I would buy another.

The product works great - but the directions for setting up were very vague. Being a novice on my computer I was a bit confused because what came up on my computer did not match their pictured directions. I did figure it out, but clearer directions certainly would have helped.
