A: I do not believe that despite a compatible cable that there will be enough power to spin the drive from an Android device

A: It definitely will work with a Windows 11 laptop or desktop. It would need a USB-A port (standard box-shaped USB port), not the newer USB-C (rounded on the ends and slimmer) port
Q: Is the drive inside a 2.5 SSHD or 3.5?
A: This is a small (portable) device, so it is a 2.5", not a full intern hard drive sized 3.5" drive
