[Employee of bestbuy] To reiterate, I am not dissapointed in this product, I have over a thousand games purchased and this helps offload any games — you can later transfer these games back into internal storage and play them, this ONLY applies to Series x/s games. There are some games that allow you to play off the external drive, its all dependent on the game, bigger wel known titles will most likely need internal storage or an expansion card. It’s an awesome product! I would’ve loved it even more if all games were compatible off of the external drive, but it beats deleting games and reinstalling all of the time. I also love how they put the time in to make sure that the color matched the original console, something I was worried about before purchasing.
