A solid scooter all around. Good speed, good material and a lot of fun. Definitely worth the buy.

These Scooters have been so much fun. We purchased to use while at the campground and they have made our trips a little more adventurous. They now have over 300 miles on them with little to no wear. Only issue is they do not hold speed up steep inclines with a grown man on them. Even delivered flowers on them.

I am using since more the a year nice service still there is no problem with anything

Very reliable scooter, runs smoothly. I use to for my commute to train station everyday.

While this scooter is not the fastest on the market, it flies along at 18 mph and lasts many miles. We use it to get the mail, ride to school, and just cruise down our cul de sac. We find it very reliable and easy to use. Since Segway has been around a while, I feel that I can trust the battery to last a bit longer than the cheaper brands on the market. One cool feature I like is that this has regenerative brakes so, as I brake, the battery gets a bit of a replenishing charge.

I think this is a great little scooter to have in your car or home. Rides quick and smooth. Barely weighs and easy to carry and fold. Priced right.

This scooter was a great investment for my daughter in college. It gets her from place to place with no issues. Love it has a headlight and brakes. Was easy to put together and is light enough for her to put in trunk.

Pros Easy to setup. Not so heavy Cons: Wierd handle placement when folded, very difficult to take inside the bus while carrying Cannot climb even smaller steps, have to manually push. Not enough space to put any phone holders or external lights easily skips on watery surfaces

I bought this as my first ever electric scooter. I am a 190 lb male and this has just enough power to get me to about 18 mph. The speed isn’t as much of an issue as inclines are. Good luck getting this thing up any hill if you are an adult. It is otherwise a well built and easy to use scooter.

The product is great to move around the city, is the fastest way to get anywhere. Either on winter or summer, it offers a great experience, good quality and fast speed for the city.-The light options it has for the nights is good and offers safety. The battery has sufficient life to go to various locations. Just in the hills it gets a little slow. Apart from that is a great product.

I got this and first few weeks the tire popped after accidentally getting a nail in it but came with 2 spares and two spare tubes. Even popped it got me home. Got into a car accident from a reckless driver and it got hit head on and while I got messed up it only took minor scratches. Then when carrying it downstairs I had a dizzy spell and collapsed and it fell with me 15 feet to the ground and not even a scratch tires were fine and still zooms without issue. Made better than me even after multiple catastrophic injuries. Load it up from groceries and go past the weight limit it hits above advertised speed. Get run over and have it literally take full suv weight to it. Nothing. (Can’t say the same for me. Still recovering) dropped and bouncing down 15 feet of steps. Still chugs on. Don’t wanna try it with water but it truthfully has survived more than I expected it too. Had a flood that leveled my house. Remained untouched and dry while other stuff was ruined. Best purchase I’ve ever made and tbh I was so nervous and bias that scooters may suck. But I’ve used the birds which cost 3-4x this and it’s a bumpy unpleasant experience while this was smooth Segway gets a 10/10 and i definitely recommend it to those with horrible luck like me.

I'm very happy with my purchase of the F35. The scooter is well built and the app connectivity and set up was straight forward. The extra tire included in the box is a nice touch that you don't get from other Brands. The battery charges really fast from what I was expecting. Typically, battery fully charges within 2 hours. 1 hour charge results in at least 50% charge which is nice when my kids ride it a lot on the weekends. I recommend this scooter and believe Segway - Ninebot brand is the way to go and worth spending a few extra dollars on.

This is my first electric scooter. Between power, speed, payload, dimensions, weight, and range, it seems like a good choice. It's a compromise. The 350W motor does slow noticeably going uphill, but on level ground, it does give me a zippy ride between my handful of destinations around town. I use the "Sport" drive mode at all times, so forget about the 24.9-mile range, but I still get quite a few rides out of each charge. The board has a good width for standing, and folding and carrying is pretty easy. I wish it had shock absorbers, bu,t with the price down from $699 to $499, that's not a big deal.

Great scooter i am a truck driver and i use it to go back and forth to stores when i need things as most stores dont allow trucks to park on there property. Holds a great charge and goes fast enough for what i need

Fantastic purchase, I bought it to get me from my vehicle, to classes, for lunch, & late night trips to the gas station. Besides being easy to use, it's really fun to ride. Unfortunately I didn't understand the weight aspect with these scooters. With me, my backpack full of books/materials, & a travel coffee mug the range suffers requiring me to recharge nightly & sometimes throughout the day. I have yet to use the full range because of these factors. Plan on upgrading to the F65 or the Max G2 in order to meet the specifications listed for the item.

The scooter is good but little low on range when I use it on drive or sports mode. Brand says that it will run for 25 miles but in real world it's not possible. I'm getting 15-17 miles range on economy mode and on other two modes I'm getting around 7-10 miles range. I wouldn't recommend it completely but yeah it's a good scooter.

Great scooter, fast and decent battery life. Pretty much as advertised. Do make sure that it charges I got 3 that were faulty out of the box brand new.

Purchased this item for my grandson and he absolutely loves it! The speed and distance he's able to travel on a single charge is great!!

Purchased this as a gift. Better life holds up well for miles! Plenty of acceleration with 175lbs on board!

It actually has lasted the amount of miles that it guarantees. I’ve been able to ride it for an hour across town. Amazing scooter!
